Of apple microenvironment monitoring with a handhelddevice timing data collection, the lack of micro-domain real-time monitoring ofenvironmental data monitoring systems.In this paper, micro environmental changes caused by the phenomenon of Applesunburn analysis, selection of environmental factors influence on sunburn phenomenon,namely the temperature and light intensity. And the micro environmental monitoringsystem of the research background, significance and the domestic and foreign developmentstatus. On the basis of the results of previous studies, the threshold temperature of Applesunburn is at45℃49±0.5℃. Combining the current situation of apple industry,according to the environmental factors cause sunburn, design of Apple’s micro light andtemperature monitoring system, monitoring the change factor of micro environment, thenselect the suitable for Apple microdomain monitoring temperature and illuminance sensor,using the programming technology of microprocessor technology, sensor technology,automatic control technology and modular the study of a micro field, temperature andillumination monitoring system suitable for long-term Apple software, set the alarmthreshold, the temperature reached or will reach the threshold, software for processing,start the alarm module, the fruit can be based on the alarm to take corresponding measuresin advance, such as shelter, water cooling method, reduce sunburn occurs, thus improvingthe quality of Apple farmers interests, protection.The overall structure of the apple of micro environment monitoring system isdesigned, the temperature and illumination acquisition, storage, display and control scheme.The monitoring system is mainly use low-power MSP430F5438microprocessor as thecore, take the interrupt mode, in IAR development environment, the design used Clanguage and assembler language to complete the main program, data acquisition, display,human-computer interaction program, temperature and illumination time and collect,display and external storage function. At the same time, the monitoring system can bedisplayed by the12864LCD monitoring data, through the keyboard to set environment variables, the expansion of the chip M25P80storage temperature and light data.Applemicro-domain environment monitoring system monitoring data is accurate, low powerconsumption, long time continuous monitoring to ensure that data is not lost,environmentalmonitoring technical requirements to meet the micro-domain.
