The Investigation About The Bayan County Of Heilongjiang Province Soil Beneficial And Harmful Elements, As Well As The Land Quality Of Assessment

Soil is the main carrier for agricultural production. Its performance shall directlyinfluence the growth of plants, and then act accordingly on the production quantity andquality. Multi-Target Global Chemistry Investigation shall be based on the soil as maintarget, the situation in respects of beneficial and toxic elements content in the soil shall beevaluated by means of Global Chemistry Investigation, thus provide fundamentals foragricultural sustainable development.The criteria of fertility in the soil can be classified into two aspects. One aspectmeans the element which shall be necessary in the growth of plant, including hugebeneficial elements such as N、P、K，medium elements such as Ca、Mg、S，and minorelements such as Cu、Zn、Mo、B、Fe、Mn、Cl etc. All these elements shall providematerial safeguard for the growth of plant. The plant shall fall ill or even die upon lack ofsome of the above-mentioned elements in the soil. The other means organic matters, ionexchange quantity, oxidation-reduction potential etc. All these elements shall directlyinfluence the soil fertility.The content of heavy metal element in the soil, whether rich or poor, arises greatconcern, because for some animal and plant, upon rich or poor in content of heavy metalelement in the soil， can bring about obstacles in growth or development of plant. Theenvironmental contamination problem resulting from both necessary and unnecessarymetal elements has brought about widespread attention.Bayan County is located in the center of Heilongjiang Province, lies in the north bankof Songhuajiang River. The name of the county comes from Manchu Language, which means ‘fertile place’. She has long been known as ‘Hometown of Soybean’. She mainlyproduces corn, soybean, sorghum, millet, wheat, etc. The economic crops includesfiberflax, sugarbeet, Bayan County is among one of the counties with the highestproduction in Heilongjiang Province. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct acomprehensive evaluation in respects of beneficial and toxic elements content in the soilin this area.This study and investigation shall mainly be based on the multi-target globalchemistry in southern part of Songnen Plain in Heilongjiang Province, regional and partialecological global chemistry assessment study method has been applied, the study at ratioof1：250000in southern part of Songnen Plain is committed. Bayan County, used as thestudy area, has been analyzed and assessed in respects of beneficial and toxic elementscontent in the soil and soil performance.Samples have been taken from both skin and deep layer so that the soil globalchemistry profile could be established. Typical crop plant and homologous root systemsamples have been taken. The tests in respects of beneficial and toxic elements content inthe soil have been done. The Bayan Country soil quality evaluation has been committedbased on the comprehensive analysis results, therefore suggestion for the regionalagricultural development is served.
