| This experiment mainly studied the effects of different density and farming methods on Wanmai68population quality, physiological and biochemical characteristics and yield. The result indicated that:1. The influence of different density and farming methods on the population quality of wheatDifferent density, farming methods influence different groups of wheat population quality, seeding density in the range of225~375basic seedlings/hm2, along with the density increase the wheat height, tiller number, straw length increased. Secondary root number, second internode diameter and wall thickness decrease with increasing density. Medium density was better coordination of the balance among the population quality factors and more conducive to high yield of wheat. The result of four kinds of farming methods influence on population quality were HS better than RS, RS better than R and Z.2. The influence of different density and farming methods on the photosynthetic capacityToo big or too small groups are not conducive to high yield of wheat, wheat leaf area index of density and better. The farming methods smaller effect on leaf area index, but overall leaf area index of HS was more than RS, R and Z minimum. After shooting stage, medium density chlorophyll content was higher than low density and more favorable to improve wheat photosynthesis. In four kinds of farming methods, Chlorophyll SPAD value was HS>RS>R>Z.3. The influence of different farming methods on wheat enzyme activityAfter shooting stage, HS and RS treatment of wheat roots and leaves, SOD, POD, CAT value was relatively high, especially HS was higher. Later the root and leaf MDA was maintained at a low level. SOD, POD and CAT content were significant or extremely significant positive correlation with yield, While MDA was significant or extremely significant negative correlation with yield.4. Determination of five endogenous hormones in wheat by high performance liquid chromatographyThe hormones were separated well on a ZORBAX ODS-C18reversed phase column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol (A) and acetic acid aqueous solution (pH3.6)(B), flow rate1.0mL/min, wavelength switching and gradient elution. It is a reliable method for rapid, accurate separation and determination of the endogenous hormones in wheat.5. The influence of different farming methods on wheat hormone contentHS relative to the other three treatments IAA, ZT, GA3, SA content of four kinds of hormones were relatively high, followed by RS, R and Z contents were close. After aging in wheat root and leaf abscisic acid (ABA) content was HS>RS>R>Z. IAA, ZT GA3and SA content were significant or extremely significant positive correlation with yield, While ABA was extremely significant negative correlation with yield.6. The influence of different density and farming methods on yield of wheatThe number of spike high density treatment was most, kernels per spike and thousand seed weight at low densities relative maximum amount. Medium density yield reached the highest value, high density secondly; the differences were significant or extremely significant level. HS treatment of spike, kernels per spike and thousand seed weight were highest, production was also the highest.7. The influence of different density and farming methods on quality of wheatMedium density of wheat protein, wet gluten, sedimentation value to achieve optimal, low density treatment was better than that of high density. In four kinds of farming methods HS was most advantageous to the wheat quality, RS secondly, R and Z relatively poor. |
