Selected "Jinxiang white garlic"、"Jinxiang purple garlic" and "virus-free-garlic" as the research materials, the relationship of main environmental factor on growth and yield was studied by using modern statistical method and computer technology, The results showed:1. Seting up mathematical models between garlic growth and the main cultivate factor, establishing the quantitative relationship between parameter value of garlic growth model and the main cultivate factor. The parameter value can be defined under different cultivate condition according to the model. By introducing the cultivate factor into the model system, the garlic growth and yield can be forecasted under different cultivate condition, and reasonable regulating can be carried out as needed.2. By the three-factor second-order regression general rotation design experiments, effects of N (x1) P(x2) K(x3) application on garlic yield (y) was analyzed, the functional model between the variables and yield is following: Y (jinxiang white garlic)=875.17+39.69x1+37.38x12-23.54x2+56.01x1x2-40.34x22-31.79x3+51.56x1x3-85.33x2x3-31.40x32Y(virus-freegarlic)=1916.60+78.07x1-99.85x12-60.09x2+137.46x1x2+129.45x22-61.78x3+99.48x1x3-203.73x2x3-109.76x32Every factor correlated closely to the garlic yield, the correlation coefficient R were:r (jinxiang white garlic)=0.8565, r (virus-free garlic)=0.8627. The difference of fitting test was highly significant.Model analysis showed:To jinxiang white garlic, only x1=-0.53、x2=-0.29、x3=-0.506, equivalent to N16.82kg667m-2、P2O510.7kg667m-2and K2O11.96kg667m-2respectively, does the bulb get the highest yield. To virus-free garlic, only when x1=0.385、x2=0.209、 x3=-0.301, equivalent to N22.32kg667m-2、P2O512.95kg667m-2and K2O13.20kg667m-2respectively, does the bulb reach the maximum yield. The importance of every factor was decided according to the coefficient of linear regression model.The order of these effect factors on the bulb yield was N>P>K. The result was will play a guiding role for high yield and quality of garlic production.3. By three-factor second-order regression general rotation design experiments, regression analysis was done between application of N (x1) P(x2) K(x3) and onion-type garlic(y) and mathematical models was set up between them: y=26.15-2.23x1-3.48x12+1.35x2-3.63x1X2+2.17x22+1.87x3-2.38x1x3 +4.88x2x3+0.58x32Coefficient of multiple correlation r=0.8627, regression equation has significance fitting. Model analysis showed:only x1=-0.33、x2=-0.31、x3=-1.612, x1=-0.33, equivalent to N18.02kg·667m-2、P2O511.77kg·667m-2、K2O5.41kg·667m-2, does the onion-type garlic have minimal value. The effect order of NPK fertilizer on onion-type garlic is N(X1)>K (X3)>P (X2). Every factor has the significant interaction on onion-type garlic.Rate of onion-type garlic varies with the varieties、size of clove、density and kinds of K. It provides a basis for reducing the onion-type garlic occurrence, improving the garlic quality and increasing the garlic bulb yield.It also enriches high quality and high yield of garlic cultivation technique.4. High quality and yield cultivate system has been summed up. It including proper sowing time (the best time is29th September, proper time is22th September-12th October) moderate seed clove (4-6g/clove is best)、seed dressing、reasonable density (suitable plant density is375thousand per hectare)、balanced fertilization (N252.3-334.8kg·ha-1, P2O5160.5—194.3kg·ha-1, K2O178.5-198.0kg·ha-1is suitable)、appropriate period of watering and white plastic mulching. The garlic operation rules of high quality and yield were formulated and extensive applied in production, and it obtained better economic and social benefits.
