Research On The Diversity Of Climbers And Landscape Application In Qinling Moun-tain, Shaanxi, North China

The resources of wild climbers in Qinling are very abundant, and the development spaceis vast. They are the indispensable vertical greening materials used foe increasing urban greencoverage, beautifying the urban environment because of small occupation area, greeningeffective speed, greening rate, etc. In this paper, climber resources of Qinling region areinvestigated and researched, that not only contribute to understanding characteristics anddiversity of climber resources comprehensively, but also provide the basis for developing andutilizing wild plant resources reasonably. Sample plot method and line intercept method areadopted to the study at the same time refer to the relevant literatures, then the study results inthe paper are as follows:1.The paper studied the diversity of species of wild climbers in Qinling: a total of285spermatophyte species belonging to36families and98genera in Qinling are climbers,accounted for18.18%of families、9.73%of genera and8.27%of species of the total numberof speed plants in Qinling, including monocotyledon plants17species and dicotyledon plants268species.2.The study on the diversity of life habits of wild climbers in Qinling shows that thereare164timber climbers and121herbaceous climbers, respectively belong to46genera. Solianas are numerically dominant. The genera both belong to lianas and vines are least of thetotal genera, it means that the life habits of wild climbers in Qinling are relatively stable ingenera.3.The investigation on the diversity of areal-types of wild climbers in Qinling shows thatthe genera can be divided into13regional types, and tropical floristic elements are dominantin Qinling Mountain. Pantropic distribution account for23.08%, account for the largestproportion with a certain proportion of temperate elements.4.The paper study the diversity of climbing types of wild climbers in Qinling: theclimbing mechanics are fall into4types, among which twining made up50.53%of all vines,31.23%are curling,13.33%are hooking and4.91%are adhering.5.The paper analyze the diversity of resources of wild climbers in Qinling: there aremany species can be used as raw materials for pharmacy、food manufacturing、industry and ornamental such as Polygonum multiflorum、 Codonopsis pilosula、 Pueraria lobata、Trichosanthes kirilowii，etc.6.The investigation on the diversity of application type of vertical greening of wildclimbers in Qinling shows that there are several vertical greening types such as the wallgreening、the balcony greening、the pergola greening、the column greening，etc.
