By the supporting technologydemonstration of pollution-free and high-quality local cross-chicken, the technologywill be applied more farms, providing market more pollution-free and high-qualitylocal cross-chicken food and making our food more abundant.By researching and application, place in the test at the main producing areas oflocal cross-chicken——chicken raiser in Qijiang Chongqing. The test compared withthe economic between stocking chicken and captive chicken. At the same time, thetechnology having short cycle and less demanding on farming techniques (chickenraiser getting ahead only by demand), so the technology has been vigorously promoted.Next is the text result of pollution-free and high-quality local cross-chicken andthe situation of supporting technology demonstration:1、After the application of this technology, the breeding local cross-chicken havegood quality and fresh flavor. Project team selected3000high-quality localcross-chicken (Harrier chicken in Guangxi hybridization with local chicken) asexperimental group and3000general chicken (Sanhuang) as control group. Thestarting weight of all the chicken in two groups are same, under the same feeding andmanagement conditions, carried out comparative test of succulent flavor. The ResearchInstitute of Chongqing Academy of Animal Husbandry Poultry assessed on musclequality of two group chicken, the results show that, about indicators of the meat localcross-chicken are better than general chicken, and more suitable for people’s tastes,also welcomed by the market.2、Promotion of the technology to bring greater economic benefits for farmers.Project team selected6000high-quality local cross-chicken (Harrier chicken inGuangxi hybridization with local chicken) divided equally into two comparative tests,the one is experiment group that use of pollution-free local cross-chicken chickenfarming supporting technology feeding, another one is control group that take full captive rearing. The test result show that, on the one hand, the survival rate ofexperiment group is99.6%but control group is95.5%, on the other hand, the finalweight of experiment group is5109.12kilogram and the price is25yuan one kilogrambut the final weight of control group is4871.34kilogram and the price is15. Resultcomparing, the profit of every experiment chicken was high3.10yuan than controlgroup. End of the project, the experimental group profit of29,900yuan,19,800yuanprofit control group, the experimental group than the control group more profit10,100yuan.3、Qijiang District in Chongqing Yongcheng town to promote pollution-free localcross-chicken farming demonstration supporting technology. There are81chickenfarmers and181100herds cross-chicken in Qijiang District in Chongqing Yongchengtown. Since the application of this technology, in2012at total of542600localcross-chickens slaughter at Minyi chicken cooperatives in Yongcheng, and the netprofit of5.462million yuan. And great economic stimulated more farmers raising localcross-chicken enthusiasm, setting off a whole Qijiang raising local cross-chickenclimax.Through this project,to better demonstrate the biological cycle of chickenecological technology have an irreplaceable role in the environment and farming. Fulluse of natural resources, stocking cross-chicken in orchard, mulberry park, forest,pasture, mountain and hills, it conducive to orchard weeding, pest control, improvefruit, grain and food quality.
