With increasing demand for high quality flue—cured tobacco leaf, Contradiction between the high quality tobacco demand and supply have become prominent increasingly. Therefore, the optimization of the structure of flue—cured tobacco leaf, to increase the effective supply of quality tobacco is of great significance. This study in Chenzhou tobacco-growing areas, Hunan, K326as a test material, effects of cutting and harvesting on the structure and usability of flue—cured tobacco leaf have been analyzed. The main results as follows:1. Effects of the different harvesting times on maturity of flue—cured tobacco, amount of labor, the structure, usability, production and quality of flue—cured tobacco leaf, the results showed that, four times harvest was optimal, the tobacco harvest maturity was suite, amount of labor of harvesting was least; the proportion of C2F, B1F, B3F and X3F were highest. mean price and output value, high middle tobacco ratio, were respectively21.4yuan/kg,52693.2yuan/hm2,56.2%and37.2%; the content of nicotine in B2F and C3F were lowest,3.39%and2.02%respectively.2. Effects of the different cutting numbers on dry matter accumulation tobacco, the structure, usability, production and quality of flue—cured tobacco leaf, The results showed that, when topping removing the two lower leaves and leaves1-2pieces do not harvest, output value and average price were55,498.65yuan/hm2,23yuan/kg, were the highest, high tobacco ratio was52.2%.It can effectively reduce the content of nicotine and starch in the the upper leaf, thereby increasing the availability of the upper leaves.3. Effects of the different cutting time on the structure, usability, production and quality of flue—cured tobacco Leaf, The results showed that, when topping, clear the lower and top leaves have had obvious impact on the the structure and the upper leaf chemical composition. When topping, to clear the lower leaves three tobacco and cut the first leaf in the top was optimal treatment, high tobacco ratio, average price, yield and output value were respectively,55.1%,21.05yuan/kg,2557.5kg/hm2,53,869.2yuan/hm2, were the highest. The content of nicotine and starch in B2F were3.98%and3.71%respectively. |
