Red garden soil is the most common and vulnerable to a class of soil acidification which is distributed in vegetable production areas in southern China.In this article,through field experiment it was examined that the effects of several fertilizations and conditioners on the pH value, the acid-base buffer capacity, available nutrients-. crop yield and nutrient utilization indicators, designed to improve the fertility of the acid red garden soil, to strengthen agricultural scientific management, promoting agricultural sustainable development and rational utilization of resources to provide theoretical basis and technical support. The main results of the paper studies were as follows:(1) NPK+OM treatment could not only increase soil alkali-hydrolysable nitrogen content, but also facilitate the accumulation of soil organic matter; NPK+MgO treatment processing helps to increase the soil available phosphorus and rapidly-available potassium content, and on the use of lime for improving soil acidity, the soil nitrogen loss should be paid attention.(2) NPK+CaO and NPK+MgO treatments not only could increase the soil pH value and aluminum toxicity, strengthen the buffering capacity to acid soil; but also can increase content of exchangeable calcium and magnesium in soil. Compared the two, magnesium oxide effect is much better than the lime in improved soil acid. Soil acidification conditioners improved soil acidity during the test effect is not obvious, its effect remains to be studied.(3) The exchange hydrogen and exchange aluminum change with soil exchangeable acidity (EA),but in exchange for exchange aluminum change rapidly, exchange hydrogen change slowly. That is to say, in exchange for exchange aluminum change in soil EA accounts for absolute advantage, the EA exchange volume change is mainly affected by the restriction effect of exchange aluminum change.(4) Under the same condition of NPK amount, the field test results show that crop fertilizer nutrient utilization, regularly for potash fertilizer> phosphorus fertilizer > nitrogen fertilizer. Different fertilization structure processing on the utilization rate of fertilizer,NPK treatment the highest utilization rate of nitrogen and phosphorus,is17.06%;NPK+SR1treatment highest potash fertilizer utilization,is37.41%;NPK+OM processing utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer、phosphate fertilizer、potash fertilizer were the lowest,is3.80%.(5) Different fertilizer treatments have obvious increasing production effect,with NPK+CaO treatment to deal with the highest yield, the average increase rate was193.2%;NPK+OM treatment processing production is the lowest, the average increase rate of79.93%. May be due to most of organic fertilizer nutrients is in invalid state, subject to microbial decomposition, and further to release it and translated into effective nutrients for crop growth and development. So the proportion of organic fertilizer in agricultural production application cannot too tall, otherwise it will cause crop failures.
