Recently, there are various types of protocol converters for a single interface adapter, but theycan only be applied to the corresponding conversion interface circuits for transmitting data,where the problems of multi-line and multi-conversion are arisen in the processes of datatransmission and processing. Aiming to designan intelligent sensor which can be applied in theagricultural equipment on the spot, a kind of interface adapter is designed in this experiment. Bythe new interface adapter, a variety of transmission modes can be converted into a unified modeintelligently. Based on the integration and the intelligence of the sensor, the adapter is developedfurther and its function is enhanced, thus the problem of protocol conversion of multipleinputand single output in the agricultural equipment is solved without changing the original hardware.The widest application scope in the agricultural field work is owned by the selected fiveprotocols in this design, which almost covers the modes of the sensor data acquisition and theupper computer transmission. The study of multi-protocol conversion outperforms the currentmarket status of single protocol conversion, which is the innovation of this design.The specific work is as follows:(1)According to the practical needs of agricultural machinery equipments operated on the spot,a kind of interface adapter is designed. For the demands of the system hardware construction, itneeds several interfaces, an easy expansion, where a low power consumed chip with a strongprocessing operation ability and modules with low prices and good application experience on thespot are selected.(2)For the complex using situation on the market, the CAN bus, RS-232, RS-485, IIC andTCP/IP interface are selected as the inputs, the RS-485signal is used by the real-time data of theoperated locomotive sensor as the final converting signal to output, where detecting interfacedata and storing on the basis of the demands for the remote computer is realized., During theruntime the monitoring system is responsible for the sensor data state of each unit of the datacollector, the judgment, and the display of the real-time situation of each sensor.(3)For the normal and orderly work of the hardware, software compiling, debugging andoptimizing are done for the CPU in the design. When the adapter receives data sending in acertain input, it responds immediately.(4)C++is used as the programming language in the design. By the scheduling and control ofthe main control module, real-time field data transmission, and timely management of themonitoring system are realized. This program is operated simply with a fluent interface, and hasstrong expansibility and portability. (5)The environment of the agriculture operating spot is simulated in the electrical laboratory,the system serial designed in this paper is tested by the SSCOM32、CANV2.0software, and thedata sending and receiving are accomplished.
