The mechanization of agriculture has played a vital role to agricultural and the national economy development; it was one of the most affective and biggest technology projects to the human society life in the 20th century. In recent years, the country enlarges the farm machinery support; this makes the proportion of farming mechanization for increasing production and income in BINGTUAN agricultural production become larger and larger. However, the equipment of farming machinery system in BINGTUAN is putting up a reasonless phenomenon because to fetch in new farming machinery vigorously has conflicted with to wash out the aging ones duly. So it has very important realistic and long-term significance to study and program on the optimized equipment of farming machinery system which can reduce the busywork cost, lighten the farmer's burden, guide the farm to equip and renew farming machinery, and then it can enhance the rate in use so as to get the most economic benefit by the least cost.With the unions of qualitative and quota, this paper researches correlative problems about the item named"Study on Optimal Equipment of Farming Machinery System in BINGTUAN Sovkhoz". It is directed by system theories, such as operational research, gray theory, fuzzy math etc.(1) The development of BINGTUAN farming mechanization is discussed from the two sides of portrait and landscape orientation, current situation and subsistent problem are analyzed.(2) Predicted the total power of BINGTUAN farming machinery in virtue of the metabolic GM(1,1) compared with the original GM(1,1) model which are based on the gray system theories, and then total powers of BINGTUAN farming machinery from 2006 to 2010 were predicted by the metabolic GM(1,1).(3) In this paper, gross value of national economy,total investment in primary industry fixed assets,possession of large and medium agricultural tractors,total cultivated area,total yield of cotton,population of farms and average wage of farm staff are put forward to be important factors which affect the farm Mechanization in BINGTUAN. Based on grey incidence analysis theory and the data from BINGTUAN yearbook, these factors'grey incidence to the total power of agricultural machinery per hectare cultivated areas are calculated and analyzed.(4) Six kinds of high-power tractors, which are being applied widely in BINGTUAN, are evaluated with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The result is basically consistent with the factual condition.(5)The task date, planting methods and craftwork flow of the main crops are constituted in reason according to the basic demands of Shihezi area's productive system and craftwork, and the mathematic model is set up by the combinatorial mean that fits workload method and linear programming method together. And then the equipment quantity of the farming machinery system is worked out by the model which objective is minimum cost of the whole production. At last, the result of the optimized model is analyzed and compared with the realistic system by seven economic and technical evaluating indicators.(6) A simply, practical optimal equipment software of BINGTUAN farming machinery.The present paper research may be used directly in the BINGTUSAN agricultural production. It provides theories and practiced experiences to farming machinery organizers and workers. It also is helpful to strengthen the management of BINGTUAN agricultural mechanization and can make BINGTUAN agricultural mechanization develop healthy and roundly.
