With the development of economy, food security is more and more attention. The progress of The Times to let more and more people begin to pay clo-se attention to thesustainable development of agriculture the question, now, im-proving labor productivity and saving labor are no longer the only goal of agr-icultural mechanization development,protecting the soil and environment gradu-ally are taken seriously, so the conservation tillage models emerge as the time-s require, and under the influence of many factors, in urgent need of develo-pment suited to China’s national conditions of conservation tillagematching wit-h agricultural machines and tools, which reduced tillage and minimum tillage machine gradually become the main trend in the development of agriculture ma-chineryin our country. Each model of conservation tillage need to form a co-mplete set of tools, therefore, they are often faced with the problem of no s-uit-able tools available in popularization and application, all of them, the no-till planters are need most. New type of no-till planting technology is different w-ith the traditional farming model, the earth’s surface is no-till and covered wit-h straw mulching, so we have to use special no-till planter. Anyhow, developi-ng the no-till planter, which can better finish cutting stem, ditching, applying fertilizer, sow, covering earth, rolling, as so on, and can satisfied such as seve-ral kinds of operating conditions has become the key to promote the no-till pl-antingtechnology in our country in line with the actual situation in China.The research object of this article is designed a drive mode for no-till pla-nter, its purpose is to improve the ability of the machine work under the con-dition of complex surface. In this paper, the method of the design of hydraulic controlled clutch friction wheel drive is with the hydraulic control theory and through two-wheel drive mechanisms connected each activity components, and finally combined into an organic whole, and achieve the switch of machine o-peration status.The hydraulic control mode of the machine improved mode is shunt collec-tor valvesynchronous circuit, its synchronous accuracy can be maintained at2%~5%. Through theoretical analysis and comparison of the existing research m-aterials to determine the radial size of two transmission tires, and selecting re-asonable transmission tires. Through the analysis of the friction wheel transmiss-ion mechanism obtains relationship among thetire pressure, the deformation a-nd load, the minimum deformation of friction wheel is8.7mm. The whole tra-nsmission mechanism set up3d model, using the Adams simulation software to realize the kinematics simulation analysis of the transmission mechanismto obtain the vertical deviation of friction wheel which is operation under differe-nt gradient of work surface of the northeast, therefore, the jerk value of the a-ctual friction wheel driving mechanism is4.2mm, so the maximum friction w-heel pressure to achievetransmission is178.6KPa.According to the field experimental test of transmission effect of the fricti-on wheelgear, by changing the value of tire pressure to measure each tire fri-ction wheel revolutions and mobile distance, and according to the measured results different tire pressure tocalculate the friction wheel slip rate, make the sl-ip rate curve of friction wheel, and obtained the optimal value of tire pressure is167.859KPa, The transmission stability coefficient of variation of the designed friction wheel drive gear with this tire pressure valueis the least, its value is8.3626%.The research work of this paper, as a result of improved the position of t-he wheeltransmission chain mesh point, for the development of straw mulchi--ng or stubble fieldno-till planter has the very vital significance.
