With the widely application of conservation tillage, the types of no-till planter also will increase. At present there are two main types of no-till planter of works, one kind is to the field of straw residues were "cut", it is using the disc cutter to cut off the straw residues on the surface of the earth and weeds, thereby trenching to the grave. Another kind is to the field of straw residues to "remove", it is using black straw cover straw plant see ds will take root in stubble cutting off, clear, together with the straw casting machine direction of the left, the clear clean after seeding belt, furrowing and seeding operations. These two works of straw disturbance and big work, such as high energy consumption and environmental pollution shortcomings.Aimed at this situation, combined with the national nonprofit sector(agriculture) research special(201303011), the following the oretical analysis and software of virtual technology, the joint of research from the establishment of reasonable drum no-till seeding cavitation mechanism design, through the theoretical analysis of main structure parameters. And carries on the kinematics analysis of cavitation mechanism, Uses Matlab software to analyze the angular velocity of roller ω power Angle, the Angle , ducks mouth α influence on roller angular velocity ω1, power Angle analysis when the duck mouth α=28°, flat roller angular velocity ω1 change. According to the duck mouth power Angle α=28°, and calculates the roller set the Angle of the long rectangular hole spacing of 18°, long hole number is 20. Using the data above, using CATIA to cavitation mechanism movement simulation, it is concluded that when the machine speed is 1 m/s or duck-billed roller mechanism when the angular velocity of 1.67π rad/s, smooth machine can normal work. Finally draw engineering drawings, sample processing, through the test again to verify cavitation performance and the feasibility of the design.Topic main work is as follows:(1) Cavitation mechanism scheme selection: by comparison with the three kinds of no-till seeding cavitation mechanism project, finally confirmed a new type of rotary no-till seeding cavitation mechanism, mainly into the grave hole seeding works through the straw to complete process, the scheme not only of straw residues and disturbance is small, and low energy consumption.(2) Key parts design: through theoretical analysis and geometry to solve the duck-billed roller, roller design, on the key parts such as to determine the main struc tural parameters: the radius of 200 mm, the duck mouth dibbling machine for 12, duck mouth length is 70 mm, the duck mouth power Angle α= 28°; Roller radius of 400 mm, circular radial uniform distribution of 20 70×40 mm rectangle holes, etc.(3) Mechanism of cavitation mechanism motion analysis, kinematics analysis was carried out on the cavitation mechanism, by roller angular velocity ω1 and duck mouth and roller contact vertical direction Angle and position equation. Processing and assembling test model, thus the field operations, verify the prototype through, cavitation effect and disturbance quantity of straw.The results show that by using the tractor traction drum no-till seeding cavitation mechanism test apparatus, no-till planting experiment was carried out in the conservation tillage to cavitation effect is good, less disturbance of straw. Drum no-till seeding cavitation mechanism test device in this innovative research results are well suited to has straw stubble field work, this study to provide technical support for the further study of no-till planter.
