With the development and progress of science and technology, manual controlgradually replaced by the automatic control.With labview virtual monitoring technologyand PLC control technology based on the modern measurement and controltechnology,Have overcomed the disadvantages of industrial production which theprogress of production is time-consuming and low working efficiency shortcomings, andmake the production running mare safety and reliable. It also avoid the equipment failure,and the problems such as wasting of resourcescaused by the human negligence.In theprocess of fisheries aquaculture development, the improvement of aquaculture automationtechnology is a good way to connect each farming equipment and achieve the goal ofimproving production efficiency.The remote communication of breeding can realize thereal-time monitoring of pelagic fishery breeding and improve the economic efficiency aswell as the automation management level.However,the existing automatic control technology of the cages are mostly limited tothe environment control of fixed cages.Such as the monitoring of temperature and theoxygen content about the water. But in the elevator control study of cages is less and mostof the mobile cages are difficult to achieve the purpose of rapid decline when the badenvironment is coming it will bring great economic loss to farmers.This article will combine hydraulic technology PLC control and Labview PCmonitoring technology together. And designed a new type of retractable aquaculture deviceThe cages can realize the rise and fall according to breeding conditions and it also canrealize the transfer of the cages as soon as posssible,when the seas storm is arriving thefarmers can use PLC control to realize the cages rise and fall rapidly. Design a system formonitoring the mount of oxygen real-time.the farmers can detection the oxygen on the PCand control of air compressor in order to make sure cages containing enough oxygen andmeet the living standards of fish; Design a jetting device to facilitate the realization of pileand plug the spud leg quickly. We also use the software AMEsim to simulation andanalysis the operating characteristics of the jetting device. When the aquaculture waters iscontaminated,It can also realize the rapid transfer of farming system.Expanded the use ofmarine resource and also make the farming conditions most close to the original ecologicalenvironment at the same time.Improved the quality of fish products.
