Analyzed some existing deep water cages of domestic and foreign, analyzed of the advantages and disadvantages of typical deep sea cages comprehensively. Based on the results of the analysis, a kind of enenvironmental protection and portable deepwater cage was created, it can adapt to kinds of bad sea conditions and aquaculture environment well, and the analysis of system modeling and simulation was done by using AMESim software to its hydraulicFocused on the design and simulation analysis and research of hydraulic lifting system of environmental protection and portable deepwater cage mainly, its main contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed and researched on some of the deepwater cages at home and abroad at present, understood some problems as well as the advantage fully. In this article the cages on the carrier of a jack-up platform, on the basis a portable and wind resistance deepwater cage was designed, and analyzed of modeling and simulation on the hydraulic system of the cage, it has the positive role in promoting the development of aquaculture equipment industry.(2)According to the characteristics of jack-up platform and with reference to the main structure form of square cags, the structure of whole support main body and cage were designed. At the same time, analyzed the force that applied on the cage overall the structure under selected marine environment, estimated the force that got from wind, wave and flow.(3)Design and research were conducted on the hydraulic system of the whole structure of the cage, the hydraulic system was studied mainly from the following three aspects, a) design of hydraulic lifting system in the main support body; b)design of underwater lifting hydraulic system cage; c) choice of two hydraulic loop in hydraulic system, the selection of components and the settings of the parameters in simulation.(4)Analyzed of the cage hydraulic system by using the simulation software AMESim, to verify the correctness and rationality of the system that designed, using batch processing technology to analysis the influence on the system of different motor rotation speed, and optimize the system.
