Hammer mill is one of the most important machines in the feed processing industry.It is widely used because of its advantages such as simple structure,good processing performance and strong universality,etc.Nowadays,with the increase of crop yield and the increasing demand for straw pulverizing,the machinery and equipment has gradually exposed many problems,such as high energy consumption,low efficiency and short life expectancy.Many researchers have been digging into the idea of a hammer mill to improve efficiency and reduce energy consumption.The main mission is as follows:(1)This thesis mainly focuses on the air-material circulation layer phenomenon caused by the SFSP112×30 type hammer mill operating in the crushing chamber,and some other problems such as low crushing efficiency,high energy consumption,short service life of mechanical parts,and nonuniform crushing particles.It is proposed that hammer mill of the rotary pulse jet type,innovative design,based on the virtual prototype technology.The introduction of pulse injection device,which to improve the performance of the hammer mill.The innovative project: In the original crushing chamber between the rotor system and the spindle connected to four nozzles on which an array of uniformly distributed four rows of jets,through the jet inject high pressure gas into the crushing chamber(after the air compressor and oil removal filter),to break the air-material circulation layer phenomenon in the crushing chamber.So that the material granule rapidly rub and squeeze with each other,the material is crushed when the shear force to reach the material shear strength limit.The jet adopts two kinds: straight jet and curved jet.Straight jet straight to the screen and the main shaft,in order to clean up the screen blocked material,and the accumulation of materials near the spindle;curved jet points to the hammer,which clean the accumulation of material near the hammer to increase theeffective collision.In theory,the principle of airflow collision is used to break the phenomenon of air-material circulation layer in the crushing chamber,increase the effective collision between the material and hammer,reduce the excessive accumulation of materials in the rotor center of the crushing chamber,improve the performance of the screen and the service life of the hammer,and prevent clocking the screen.(2)The 3D model of the crushing chamber which in the hammer mill of the rotary pulse jet type was established.Structural design and size definition for the key components of the innovation project such as the spindle,hammer,screen,hammer frame plate,etc.Using the SolidWorks 3D modeling software to complete the modeling process and rotor system assembly according to the relationship between the various components.Get the 3D model,the parts and assembly drawings in the crushing chamber.(3)Study the static characteristic about the main components of the rotor system in the rotary pulse jet hammer mill.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the main components of the rotary pulse jet hammer mill.Get parts deformation map,displacement map and stress strain diagram.Analyzing the image,the results show that the maximum deformation section of the main shaft in the innovative project is the same as the theoretical analysis and is near the section C.The maximum stress and strain of the main shaft under the loading conditions are within the allowable strength range of the selected material;the maximum deformation section of the hammer frame plate is in the nozzles position of the hammer frame plate,and because the hammer frame plate’s rotation,the maximum stress and strain are within the allowable strength range of the selected material;the service life of the selected deep groove ball bearing is much longer than the expected life,so the innovative project meets the need of strength.(4)Study the fluid motion characteristics and rotor system motion characteristics of crushing chamber in the rotary pulse jet hammer mill.Based on the virtual prototyping technology,FLUENT and virtual prototyping software ADAMS are applied.The results show that the existence of the rotary pulse jet device can effectively break air-material circulation layer phenomenon,reduce the excessive accumulation of materials in the rotor center of the crushingchamber,avoid affecting the crushing and damaging to equipment,greatly improving in the crushing efficiency of hammer mill;movement of all parts in the loading situation,displacement changes,speed changes,changes in acceleration and torque conditions meet the actual movement law.Contrast strength check the maximum torque and the size of the main force,we can see rotary blow hammer crusher to meet theoretical analysis and mechanical conditions.Compared with the maximum torque and the force of the main shaft in the strength check,it is known that the rotary pulse jet hammer mill satisfies the theoretical analysis requirements and mechanical conditions.Through the above study,we can get the existence of the rotary pulse jet hammer mill can eliminate the phenomenon of air-material circulation layer and center negative pressure in crushing chamber,so as to improve the efficiency of mill,reduce energy consumption.
