In this paper the morphological research methods and nanotechnologywas used to study the soybean which was regarded as subject. The cavitystructure of soybean was defined position and boundary. The growth of pollentube was marked with fluorescence color technology. The trend of thestructural change of cavity in soybean style and the growth of pollen tubewere studied, and analyzed the relationship between the two trend.Using paraffin technology and high contrast nanomaterial staining methodanalyzed the structure of the cavity in soybean style, and collected the databetween am5:00and pm17:00. The statistical analysis found the trend of thecavity in soybean style: the change of the length of the cavity in soybean stylewas not obvious and there was no significant difference in each group betweenam5:00and7:00;the change of the length of the cavity in soybean style wasobvious and significant difference existed in each group between am8:00and10:00, and maximal value of length of cavity in soybean style appearedbetween am9:00and11:00; the change of the length of cavity in soybeanstyle was not obvious and there was no significant differences in each group.using bleaching aniline blue staining method Analyzed the growth of thesoybean pollen tube. Statistical analysis of data found the trend of pollen tubegrowth: soybean was staying pollination stage before am7:00, and the pollendid not geminate; pollen tube appeared after am7:00and elongate rapidlybetween am7:00and am9:00;the length of pollen tube increased notsignificantly and the growth of pollen tube was going into the plateau betweenam9:00and am11:00; the pollen tube elongated again after am11:00; thepollen tube reached ovary at pm13:00.Then we fitted the trend of pollen tubeand cavity in soybean style. It’s found that the growth of pollen tube related tothe structural changes of the cavity in soybean style. Fitting the trend of the structural change of cavity in soybean style and thegrowth of pollen tube found that when the length of cavity in soybean styleoccurred elongation in elongation, the growth rate of pollen tube decreasedand entered the plateau; when the length of cavity in soybean style does notchange in a stable period, the growth rate of pollen tube gradually increasedand re-enter a period of rapid elongation. Because the period that the length ofcavity in soybean style was elongating corresponded the periods that thepollen tube growth slow and the period that the length of cavity in soybeanstyle was no longer elongating corresponded the period that the pollen tubegrowth rapidly, so the change of the cavity in soybean style and pollen tubegrowth may have some contact.
