With the increase in population, urbanization, shrinking suitable habitat of giant pandas and one was broken into isolated patches. The survival and reproduction of wild pandas was severely threatened. Although the giant panda nature reserves have been established, but there are still a number of suitable habitat is not protected. And is isolated without an effective migration corridors between protected areas. Evaluate the quality of panda habitat, looking for potential corridors, timely adjustment of boundaries of protected areas can better protect pandas. In this paper, the administrative region Minshan Mountains Jiuzhaigou, Songpan, Ping Wu, Green River, North River, Mao, County seven counties of the study area. Firstly, select the bamboo species, vegetation type, elevation, roads, slope, aspect, settlements seven environmental factors, the use of MAXENT model habitat quality in the study area was divided into five. Then, as the cost of habitat quality, analysis of potential corridors in the study area using GIS distance. The study found:(1) One, two, three habitat total area of21,066square kilometers, accounting for48.65%of the total area. In general, the higher the quality of habitat in the study area. But Huanglong, Dongyang ditch two protected areas of high quality habitat areas are not accounted to40%lower level of protection, the need to adjust the boundaries. Jiuzhaigou County in northern and southern regions and cultural Maoxian there are large areas of high quality habitat has not been established nature reserves.(2) identified eight sources of plaque in the study area.8potential corridor exists between8sources plaques. Corridor located outside the boundaries of existing protected areas, it is recommended to increase efforts to protect the corridor area.
