Objective:By establishing the AMI model and the VT model in rabbits, observe therelationship between CRP、C3and AMI with malignant arrhythmias, and investigate themechanism of inflammatory response in AMI with arrhythmia.Method:40healthy white New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into fourgroups, group A: control group, group B: VT group, group C: AMI group, group D: the rightlower limb ischemia+AMI group (each group with10rabbits).(1) Group A: Exposed theheart, threaded but without ligation on the upper1/3of anterior descending coronary arteryand then to observe8hours.(2) Group B: Do as group A, after the heart exposed, fixed atemporary pacing electrode on the ventricular surface and stimulated with S1S1(500beats/min) method to establish the VT model, and maintained VT for5minutes.(3) Group C:Exposed the heart and ligated on the upper1/3of anterior descending coronary artery toestablish the AMI model.(4) Group D: Before2hours of the experiment, ligated the rightfemoral artery to establish the inflammation model, and then did the same as group C. Toobserve arrhythmia situation in each group, if the coronary ligation did not occur arrhythmiaspontaneously, used S1S1method to stimulate the left ventricular about10s(the pacing rateis greater than their own heart rate by20beats/min). Before the experiment and after theexperiment at2hour,4hour,6hour,8hour test CRP and CK-MB of blood respectively, andtest the C3by immunohistochemistry in myocardial tissue blood by left anterior descendingof the coronary artery after the experiment at8hours.Results:(1) Before the experiment, the level of CK-MB and CRP in the four groups had nosignificant difference (P>0.05); after8hours the level of CK-MB in group C and group Dhad no significant difference (P>0.05), but higher than group A and group B (P <0.01), andgroup B was higher than group A (P <0.05); After coronary artery ligation, the CRP level atthe same time among the four groups all had significant difference (P <0.05), even group D>group C> group B> group A.(2)Group A did not have arrhythmia, group B all had VT afterelectrophysiological stimulation; There are only three occurred arrhythmiain in group C within the four hours after coronary artery ligation, and eight occurred after8hours; And ingroup D there were nine occurred arrhythmia in the four hours after coronary artery ligation, and all occurred after8hours. The arrhythmia occurred in group C and group D within4hours after coronary artery occlusion had significant difference (P <0.05), but have nosignificant difference (P>0.05) after4hours.(3) The expression of C3: group B, group C,group D were all significantly higher than group A (P <0.007); group C and group D had nosignificant difference (P>0.05), but higher than group B (P <0.007).Conclusion: The experiment suggests that it has positive relationship between the level ofCRP、complement C3and malignant arrhythmia, and shows that the inflammatory responseparticipates in the occurrence and development of malignant arrhythmias after AMI. Byunderstanding the level of CRP、and C3,it is of great importance to determine and forecastmalignant arrhythmia after AMI.
