Objective:To investigate the correlation between6SNP-rs2234693、rs9340799、rs3798758、rs725467、rs1256049and rs4986938polymorphisms of Estrogen receptorgene,By compare genotype distribution and allele frequency with Ningxia populationrefers to length ratio、waist-hip ratio and body mass index.Methods: The six loci (rs2234693、 rs9340799、 rs3798758、 rs725467、rs4986938and rs1256049) polymorphisms of ER gene were examined by thepolymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)methods and High Resolution Melting (HRM) in319Hui and370Han healthy adults.Results: The WHR were significantly different between the Hui and Han ethnicin Ningxia (P<0.05),The2D:4D and BMI were not significantly different between theHui and Han ethnic in Ningxia (P>0.05). The Hui and Han ethnic in Ningxia weremerged and divided into two groups in according to sex,the2D:4D and WHR weresignificantly different between the female and male (P<0.05). The phenotypefrequency and allele gene frequency of rs2234693、rs9340799、rs1256049andrs4986938were not significantly different in the2D:4D、WHR and BMI (P>0.05).The phenotype frequency and allele gene frequency of rs3798758were significantlydifferent in the left hand2D:4D(P<0.05), The phenotype frequency and allele genefrequency of rs725467were significantly different in the BMI (P<0.05).Conclusions: There were significant differences in WHR between the Hui andHan ethnic in Ningxia, There were significant differences in2D:4D and BMI between the female and male in Ningxia.There were no significant differences ingenotype distribution and allele frequencies of ER gene SNP-rs2234693(C/T)、rs9340799(A/G)、rs1256049(A/G) and rs4986938(A/G) with the2D:4D、WHR and BMI. There were significant differences in genotype distribution and allelefrequencies of ER gene SNP rs3798758with the left hand2D:4D, There weresignificant differences in genotype distribution and allele frequencies of ER gene SNPrs725467with the left hand the BMI. The phenotype frequency and allele genefrequency of ER gene rs4986938were significantly different between the female and male.
