Objective:To analyze the association between the components of metabolic synbrome and rs3825018,rs505802 and rs524023 loci variants of URAT1 gene and hyperuricemia in Han,Uygur and Kazak populations.Methods:Selecting 1532 HUA patients(352 Han,986 Uygur and 194 Kazak) as case group,and 3127 health people(932 Han,1354 Uygur and 841 Kazak) as control group from health examination population in the first affiliated hospital,xinjiang medical university,and all paticipants informed consent,satisfied the inclusion and exclusion standard.Collected the survey data and the blood,then detected all biochemical indicators,extracted genomic DNA.Detected single nucleotide polymorphisms of URAT1 gene used iMLDR,performed the statistical analysis by using SPSS 20.0 software.Results:obesity,kidney damage,high blood triglycerides and hypercholesterolemia are the risk factors for han HUA(P < 0.05,OR > 1); hypertension,high blood triglycerides and high cholesterol are the risk factors for Uygur HUA(P<0.05,OR>1);kidney damage and high blood triglycerides are the risk factors of Kazak HUA( P < 0.001,OR > 1);there was no association between URAT1 gene rs3825018 loci variant and Han,Uygur and Kazak HUA patients(95%CI across 1),TC and CC genotype of URAT1 gene rs505802 polymorphism can increasing 1.933 and 1.799 risk of Kazak HUA compared to TT genotype(OR>1),TC and TT genotype of URAT1 gene rs524023 polymorphism can increasing 1.897 and 1.837 risk of Kazak HUA compared to CC genotype(OR>1);CG and TA which come from the haplotype from rs3825018 and rs505802 polymorphisms was a protective factor(OR<1,P<0.05) and risk factor(OR>1,P<0.05) respectively,CT and TC which come from the haplotype from rs505802 and rs524023 polymorphisms was a protective factor(OR<1,P<0.05) and risk factor(OR>1,P<0.05) respectively,TG and CA which come from the haplotype from rs3825018 and rs524023 polymorphisms was a protective factor(OR<1,P<0.05) and risk factor(OR>1,P<0.05) respectively;Han female which have rs3825018 loci variant have interactions in multiply model,decrease the risk of HUA(P<0.05,OR=0.340);Kazak kidney damage which have rs524023 loci variant have interactions in multiply model,increase the risk of HUA(P<0.05,OR=2.117);Kazak female which have rs505802 loci variant and Kazak female which have rs524023 loci variant have interactions in both multiply model and adding model,can decrease the risk of HUA(P<0.05,OR is 0.162 and 0.162,S is-0.044 and-0.044 respectively);Uygur female which have rs505802 loci variant can decrease the risk of HUA,have negative interaction(P<0.05,S=-0.146);in gene and gene interaction, there have no statistically significant interaction between URAT1 gene rs3825018, rs505802 and rs524023 polymorphisms and HUA among Han,Uygur and kazak population(P > 0.05).Conclution:There have association between the components of metabolic syndrome and HUA.There have no association between URAT1 gene rs3825018 polymorphism and the incidence of HUA,C allele of rs505802 and T allele of rs524023 may the risk factors of kazak HUA;the haplotype CG、CT and TG may the protective factors of HUA,TA,TC and CA may increase the risk of HUA,which from rs3825018 and rs505802 polymorphisms,rs505802 and rs524023 polymorphisms and rs3825018 and rs524023 polymorphisms;female plus rs3825018 polymorphism may the risk factor of Han HUA,female plus rs505802 polymorphism may the risk factor of Uygur HUA,female plus rs505802 and rs524023 polymorphism may the risk factor of Kazal HUA,renal injury plus rs524023 polymorphism may the risk factor of Kazal HUA.
