Objective:Compare the blood flow Parameters of uterine artery and uterine spiral artery between the infertility women patients and normal women to analyze endometrial receptivity.Methods:30infertility women patients and30normal women who visited the first affiliated hospital, shan xi medical university from September2012to March2011were chosen. All cases were inspected on the14th day,21th day of menstrual cycle by trans-vaginal color Doppler ultrasound, We examined the general situation of uterus and accessories and measured the blood flow parameters of uterine artery and uterine spiral artery. Use color imaging to show uterine artery, when the sampling frame successively located in the in the junction of cervix and the uterine body, then stay there for at least five consecutive and stable waveform graph, use PW we can get the parameters of uterine artery, and between the junction of uterine muscle layer and endometrium to make measure parameters of uterine spiral artery in the same way. Uterine artery and spiral artery hemodynamic parameters PI, RI can be read directly from the ultrasonic meter’s built-in software, manual measuring spiral artery of PSV when necessary. The above data are measured at three times the average as the final value. We recorded the measured parameters of Pulsatility Index (PI) and Resistance Index (RI) of parameters of uterine artery and uterine spiral artery which can automatically come out from the ultrasound machine when play the right keyboards. Data was analyzed by statistical analysis.Results:1.From the day of ovulation to mid luteal, uterine artery parameters PI, RI reduce gradually, compare the uterine artery blood flow parameters on the day of ovulation between the case group and control group, by t test, P>0.05,no statistically significant difference, compare the uterine artery blood flow parameters on the day of in the middle of the corpus luteum between the case group and control group, by t test, P>0.05, no statistically significant difference.2. From the day of ovulation to mid luteal, the parameters of uterine spiral artery PI and RI reduce gradually, PSV rise gradually, on the day of ovulation compare the blood flow parameters of uterine spiral artery between the case group and the control group, by t test, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, middle luteal compare the blood flow parameters of uterine spiral artery between the cases group and the control group, by t test, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1. The blood flow Parameters of uterine artery on the day of ovulation and on the day of implantation cannot predict endometrial receptivity effectively.2. The blood flow Parameters of uterine spiral artery can significant predict endometrial receptivity effectively both on the day of ovulation and on the day of implantation.
