Objective: To use color Doppler ultrasound to find out change rule of uterine artery blood flow spectrum of pregnant women in early-stage spontaneous abortion.Methods: 84 pregnant women who conducted ultrasonic testing in 8th week of gestation in ultrasound department from January 2017 to June 2017 and wanted to continue pregnancy were selected as the pregnant woman group,of which 52 cases pregnant women without any symptoms of abortion and 32 cases of abdominal pain or bleeding syndrome like the threatened abortion of pregnant who want to have the care of Tocolysis,and all of them were treated with the treatment of clinical fetus.Also,the normal uterus of 43 non-pregnant women without gynecological disease was selected as the normal uterus group.Their age was 20-40 years old.The mean age was 28.8 years old.There was no difference in the age of both groups.The blood flow spectrum of uterine artery in each group was obtained.Meanwhile,early-stage incisura of spectral diastole was observed.According to the incisura,uterine artery spectrum form was divided into two types: type I—incisura and type II—no incisura.In addition,the proportion between peak of spectrum systole and blood flow velocity in diastasis(S/D)and resistance index(RI)were observed.Afterwards,the pregnant woman group accepted follow-up visit until 16 th week of gestation.The follow-up results were divided into 49 patients without continuous gestation as the normal gestation group A,14 patients with threatened abortion and continuous gestation as the threatened abortion group B and 21 patients with or without early-stage bleeding for inevitable abortion or incomplete abortion or embryo stop development as the inevitable abortion group C,And the normal uterus group as group D.The distribution status of two types of uterus spectrum form was understood.The difference in the proportion between peak of spectrum systole and blood flow velocity in diastasis(S/D)and resistance index(RI)in group A and each group was compared.Results: uterine artery spectrum type in normal gestation group A,threatened abortion group B and normal uterus group D gave priority to type I(with incisura),while uterine artery spectrum type in the inevitable abortion group C gave priority to type II.By making a comparison with group A,group D and group B,there was no statistical significance in S/D and RI(P>0.05).Early-stage diastole incisura in uterine artery spectrum of pregnant women in group C was shallow or disappeared.S/D and RI were reduced.There was the significant difference from the other groups,P<0.05.Conclusions: The color Doppler spectrum was used to obtain the uterine artery spectrum and observe its morphological changes,and to measure the parameters--S/D and RI of the uterine artery spectrum.It provides a new basis for the analysis of the outcome of spontaneous abortion within 8 weeks for the treatment of clinical fetus.The early increase of uterine artery resistance before 8 weeks of pregnancy can not fully prove that it has an impact on early spontaneous abortion.The spectrum of uterine artery in pregnant women is 8 I before pregnancy.The uterine artery spectrum of pregnant women before 8 weeks of pregnancy showed II type spectrum(no incisor),S/D and RI value decreased,combined with the characteristics of two dimensional sonogram of unavoidable abortion,it can be suggested that the possibility of abortion in clinical fetus is great,and the significance of clinical fetus therapy is not significant. |
