Acupuncture Take Heat (the Mountain Burning Manipulation) Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis Type Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective：In this study, we take congealing cold and bloodstasis type primary dysmenorrhea patients as the research object，through evaluation of facial scale pain score, visual analogue scores,pain score and menstrual cycle in plasma PGF_2αcontent etc., Toinvestigate the clinical effect of acupuncture take heat（the mountainburning manipulation）treatment of congealing cold and blood stasistype primary dysmenorrhea.Methods： This research select60patients with primarydysmenorrhea were divided into treatment group （the mountainburning manipulation）30cases and control group （routineacupuncture group）30cases. Were observed before and aftertreatment of three menstrual cycle the change of facial scale painscore linear visual analog scale，pain scores and menstrual changesin concentrations of plasma prostaglandin PGF_2αcontent. After threecourses of treatment （7days for a course of treatment），We performedstatistical processing and analysis of the results of60patients.Results：The effective rate of treatment group93.33%, recoveryrate is70%, effective rate is better than that of routine acupuncturegroup was73.33%, markedly effective rate was40%, there wassignificant difference （P<0.05）. In the Wong-Banker facial scale painscore, the linear visual analogue score, dysmenorrhea symptomscore，after treatment the treatment group compared with controlgroup had significant difference （P﹤0.05）， the treatment group wasbetter than the control group. Comparison of the content of PGF_2αinplasma after the treatment period, the treatment group has asignificantly difference from the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion：1. Acupuncture take heat （the mountain burning manipulation）treatment ofcongealing cold and blood stasis type primarydysmenorrhea compared with routine acupuncture method,acupuncture take heat method is better than that of routineacupuncture method.2. Acupuncture take heat（the mountain burning manipulation）treatment of congealing cold and blood stasis type primarydysmenorrhea has a high cure rate, efficacy significant advantages,provides an effective treatment for clinical treatment methods.
