Root Canal Therapy Clinical Research In Curative Effect Comparison Between Cresophene And Calcium Hydroxide

Objective: This thesis reflect different clinical medicines applying by comparingthe differences of curative effect, pain incidence rate, postoper-ation pain level betweenthe Root Canal Disinfectant of Cresophene and Calcium Hydroxide.Methods: Clinically random selects20cases of periapical periodontitis. Require goodhealth, no treatment or pulp stone. Treated by the same dentist, first time: entering into the pulpchamber through enamel with a fissure bur on the painless condition. Then open the pulpchamber,clean the root canal with barbed broach. Clean root canal，open drainage3days by cloveoil cotton ball．After3days, root expanding Then dry the canal.After that put the Root CanalDisinfectant of Cresophene or Calcium Hydroxide in the canal.If there are not IAE happening,letting the patients consult5day late.Otherwise consult as soon as the teeth ache. After5day,andafter no edodontic interappointment pain (IAE) happening, dry it and fill with gutta-percha andpaste. According to clinical examination, X-ray examinations, We compare curative effect ofdifferent medicines by comparing IAE incidence rate, pain level and curative effect．Results: In IAE incidence rate, Cresophene less than Calcium Hydroxide,But inpain level and curative effect, the Root Canal Disinfectant of Cresophene act evidentlyno better than the Calcium Hydroxide (P>0.05).Conclusions: In IAE incidence rate, Cresophene less than Calcium Hydroxide. Inpain level and curative effect, Cresophene and Calcium Hydroxide were the better rootcanal disinfection method.
