Objective: This thesis reflect different clinical medicines applying by comparing the differences of curative effect, pain incidence rate ,post-operation pain level between CH and traditional disinfectant FC and CP.Methods:1.Select Sample: Clinically random selects 303 cases of Chronic pulpitis, acute pulpitis, periapical periodontitis, periapical periodontitis. Require good health, no treatment or pulp stone.2.Treating process: Do common root canal therapy. Take X-pay images before the first operation, calculate the length of the sample .The same doctor uproot in anodynia condition. Clean root canal, open drainage 2-3 days by clove oil cotton ball. Second operation, root expanding, root washing and root dressing. Dividing dressing into FC, CP,CH and CH+ iodoform. The last operation, gutta percha point cadmia canal obturation, operation done .If IAE occurs, wash and change dressing, continue operate when no more symptoms.3.Record Result: According to clinical examination, X-ray examinations, we compare curative effect of different medicines by comparing IAE incidence rate, pain level and curative effect.Result: In IAE incidence rate, pain level and curative effect, CH and CH+ iodoform act evidently better than FC and CP(P<0.05), CH+ iodoform obviously performs better than CH (P<0.05)in acute apicitis operation.Summary: The curative effect of CH is much better than FC and CP .Moreover, CH+iodoform performs better in acute apicitis operation than CH itself.
