| Objective: A retrospectively analyzed on DSA of cerebral venous sinus innon-venous system disease patients was carry on,in order to provide reference fordiagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).Methods:Collect the related information including age, sex, past medi-calmedical history (smoking history, alcohol history, hypertension history, diabeteshistory, serum lipid level) and hospitalization and discharge diag-nosis, CT, MRI,MRV and DSA of100patients hospitalized in the neurolo-gical department fromMarch of2010to March of2011.Made a retrospectively analyzed including the direction of sinus diversion, sinuspositive rate, sinus narrow and atherosclerosis on DSA of cerebral venous sinus in100cases of non-venous system disease patients, to provide reference for diagnosis ofcerebral venous sinus thrombosis(CVST).Results:1. The direction of sinus diversion: the DSA of left, Right carotid artery andvertebral artery show that most patients’ venous drainage mainly to the right side, were56%,52%,39%. Then there is equal drainage to each side, were21%,29%,33%.Drainage mainly to left side is rare, were19%,13%,28%.2. Sinus positive rate: the horizontal sinus, the superior sagittal sinus, b sinuspositive rate are100%, straight sinus positive rate is90%, inferior sagittal sinus is70%.3. The superior sagittal sinus direct import parts: tight horizontal sinus50%;confluents sinuum24%; Left horizontal sinus11%; Double side sinus15%.4. Horizontal sinus anatomists: directly anatomists38%, indirectly anatomists62%.5. Sinus narrow: left horizontal sinus narrow32%; right horizontal sinus narrow15%; the superior sagittal sinus14%; the inferior sagittal sinus narrow6%.The atherosclerosis risk factors: left horizontal sinus narrow78.1%; right horizontal sinusnarrow40.0%; the superior sagittal sinus57.1%; the inferior sagittal sinus narrow50%.Sinus average narrow rate was67.0%.Conclusion:1.Most patients’ venous drainage mainly to the right side, then there is equaldrainage to each side.2. The Horizontal sinus, the superior sagittal sinus, bsinus are alldevelopmented.3. Horizontal sinus narrows is common, especially the left horizontal sinus.Second is the superior sagittal sinus.4. DSA display sinus narrow does not mean a clinical acute sinus thrombosisperformance. |
