Purpose:Through neural involvement in selected superior sagittal sinus in combination with multi-function ecg monitor pressure testing system in vitro,determination of superior sagittal sinus thrombosis patients and all patients with cerebral angiography negative intracranial venous sinus superior sagittal sinus pressure value,through statistical software to calculate the venous sinus thrombosis in patients with superior sagittal sinus pressure and venous system imaging negative patients with superior sagittal sinus pressure difference,the superior sagittal sinus pressure in patients with superior sagittal sinus thrombosis disease severity and the prognosis of the disease.Methods:Selection in March 2015 to October 2016,because of venous sinus thrombosis in the hebei province people’s hospital and after DSA diagnosis of superior sagittal sinus thrombosis of 22 patients as observation group,and all choose conservative treatment,6 cases of male,female 16 cases,aged 20-43(29.54±6.06)years of age,on admission according to the Glasgow coma scale,divided the patients into 4 groups,15 were divided into group A and 12-14 divided into group B,9-11 were divided into group C,3-8 were divided into group D.Selection period in 56 cases of our hospital neurosurgery clinics for medical examination found that abnormal venous system,the normal behavior as control group,cerebral angiogram venous system(16 male and female 40 cases,aged 22-46(30.18±5.19)years of age,and exclusion of intracranial vascular lesions,intracranial pressure,cerebral trauma,intracranial space-occupying lesions.Nerve interventional techniques applied to choose superior sagittal sinus,puts micro catheter tip to the distal sagittal sinus thrombosis,micro guide tubes connected multi-function ecg monitor pressuretesting system in vitro measurement on sagittal sinus pressure,and record.Application of statistical methods to analyze the measured results,the observation group and control group on the sagittal sinus pressure correlation with disease severity.Since the onset of 2 months after the application of MBI criteria evaluation observation group of patients,and measured on admission of superior sagittal sinus pressure for correlation analysis.Result:Measured in observation group 4 sagittal sinus pressure,group A was15.31±0.21 cmH2 O,group B was 18.30±0.25 cmH2 O,group C was23.75±0.49 cmH2 O,group D was 26.83±0.60 cmH2 O,in the control group on the sagittal sinus pressure was 14.71±0.09 cmH2 O.SNK-q tested,B,C,D group of superior sagittal sinus pressure and significant differences observed group of superior sagittal sinus,superior sagittal sinus pressure group A is still not confirmed significant differences with the control group.Can be concluded that men and women in the sagittal sinus pressure measurement has no obvious difference in statistics.On the sagittal sinus is closely related to the age without pressure.The onset of symptoms at 2 months later,the observation group each group sinus pressure and negatively correlated with MBI correlation analysis.Conclusion:Neural super selected paragraphs sinus involvement technology combined with multi-function ecg monitoring instrument monitoring of intracranial venous sinus paragraphs pressure is a simple and feasible,and a lower risk of check,check to intervene when completed,along with all the sagittal sinus pressure can be measured objectively.Venous sinus thrombosis in patients with superior sagittal sinus thrombosis on the clinical symptom severity and sagittal sinus is closely relative to internal pressure,the higher the pressure,the more severe clinical symptoms.According to MBI scores,after2 months postoperatively in patients with venous sinus pressure on admission is higher,the lower the MBI scores,negatively correlated. |
