| Objective:To Explore the value of real-time ultrasound elastography in the assessment of hepatic fibrosis. Methods:In this study, We selected50cases from our hospitalized patients between January2011and December2012, and selected20cases as control group. Siemens S2000with color Doppler ultrasound had a liver ultrasound and elastography technical inspection. First observation liver is film of smooth degrees, and liver of volume and form, and real echo, and liver within tube Department structure be out of shape situation; second used real-time ultrasound elastic imaging technology respectively measurement different parts liver organization of hardness, measurement distance for:liver is film Xia (or from liver is film8cm). Department liver real of elastic coefficient, interest regional can more points or repeat measurement.50cases of chronic liver disease in patients with ultrasound-guided biopsy of liver tissue guided biopsy of liver tissue, made pathological diagnosis of liver tissue, pathological grades adopt international standards ALOCKAa7, pathology results in liver elasticity structure compared to assess the accuracy of real-time elastosonography in diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Results:1. The comparison of real-time ultrasound elastography measurements and two-dimensional ultrasound examination results:Hepatic parenchymal elastic coefficient have varying degrees of increase, it is better and even more sensitive than two-dimensional ultrasound examination;2. There was no significant difference in elastic coefficient increased in the liver function compensation of the patients with chronic liver disease by different causes;3. Liver stiffness coefficient and liver biopsy pathology showed:the degree of fibrosis of liver tissue hardness and liver are closely related, namely the liver fibrosis of liver heavier, the higher hardness, elasticity coefficient.Conclusions:Real-time ultrasound elastography has non-invasive, fast, good repeatability and so on, it can be a good response to the hardness of the liver tissue (he degree of liver fibrosis), it also can be used as one of the main methods of early clinical diagnosis of liver fibrosis. |
