Objective To observation effectivness of intra-aortic balloon pump supporting PCI therapy in High-risk patients with heart disease. Evaluation using IABP joint emergency PCI in patients whether can increase the left ventricular ejection fraction, decrease the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, reduce the BNP levek reduce the number of days in hospital, and observe the IABP related complications.Methods1, case selection and grouping:High-risk patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) in this study inclusion criteria as follows:(1) refractory unstable angina.(2) hemodynamic instability of high-risk patients with PCI (left main lesion, more severe disease or severe left ventricular dysfunction).(3) had fatal arrhythmia, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block and cardiac arrest patients. Comply with any of the above can be selected.30patients accepted IABP theapy,compare with30patients without accepteing IABP2、detection methods,Echocardiography:Philips iE33,conducted by high qualification ultrasound doctors. Include:heart left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVDD).BNP assay:American (Biosite) appropriate instrument. Selection the Triage test strips from Shijiazhuang Biological Co., Ltd. normal level of BNP is less than100pg/mL Results:1, The two groups before and after treatment clinical compared included gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, risk factors, information comparable in both groups, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05).2, Two groups of patients with pre-BNP, LVEF and LVDD comparison, data comparable in both groups, there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05). A week later the BNP,and A month later LVEF and LVDD,there was statistically difference (p<0.05).3, Hospitalization days, two groups have no statistical difference (p>0.05). The mean follow up period was30days.there was no statistically significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:1, IABP support in high-risk patients with coronary artery disease is safe^effective, short-term can reduce the BNP levels, increase ejection fraction and improve cardiac function.2、Don’t increase the IABP related serious complications occurred.3、Use of IABP does not reduce mortality.
