| Objective: Explore the relationship between abnormal lipid metabolism anddiabetic retinopathy. Methods: To select community residents which attended the community generalinvestigation of diabetes mellitus in Dalian Central hospital among40years or olderfrom August162011to November102011. Totally10144cases on the basis of adiabetes without diabetic retinopathy, are divided into three groups, the non-diabeticpopulation (group A), diabetes without retinopathy group (group B), diabeticretinopathy group (C group).Comparison of three groups of data of the fundusphotography, age, gender, body weight, waist circumference, fasting blood glucose, twoh plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid. analysis the correlatedrisk factors of diabetic retinopathy.Results:1.lipid profiles: accept community census residents with normal lipids lipidabnormalities in a total of4199people, a total of5945people, dyslipidemia, accountedfor58.60%of total number, low HDL-C level, high LDL-C levels, high TC, high TGlevels in the prevalence rates were4.02%,33.42%,38.77%,29.62%.2.Diabetes mellitus abnormal lipid metabolism population incidence of retinopathyand diabetic retinopathy in lipid metabolism in normal population compared with theincidence of morbidity respectively (10.14%vs9.3%, χ2=0.39, P>0.05).3.Diabetes in populations with high TG and normal TG levels and incidence ofdiabetic retinopathy compared incidence respectively (9.1%vs10.4%, χ2=1.087, P>0.05).4.Diabetes in populations with high TC and normal TC levels and incidence ofdiabetic retinopathy compared incidence respectively (9.9%vs9.8%, χ2=0.007, P>0.05). 5.Diabetes in populations with high HDL-C and normal HDL-C levels andincidence of diabetic retinopathy compared incidence respectively (10.1%vs9.7%, χ2=0.006P>0.05).6.Diabetes in populations with high LDL-C and normal LDL-C levels andincidence of diabetic retinopathy compared incidence respectively (13.6%vs9.6%, χ2=0.582, P>0.05).7.The unconditional multivariate logistic analysis HbA1c(OR=9.1,95%CI1.175-2.207, P<0.05), SBP (OR=32.09,95%CI2.308-5.568, P<0.05) and duration(OR=145.49,95%CI4.373-7.742, P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Lipid metabolism abnormality and diabetic DR had no correlation.2.HbA1c, SBP and duration of diabetes in the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy. |
