And as the population ages, its incidence increased, at home andabroad in recent years have reported biochemical thyroid function of normal full-timeappear sick syndrome (euthyroid sick syndrome, ESS), it includes low T3syndrome,low T4syndrome, low T3low T4syndrome, low T3high T4syndrome, main show is lowT3syndrome, namely the body T3level, especially free T3(FT3) fell andthyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and T4level no change, this paper caused bydifferent causes heart failure patients with thyroid hormone (TH) level of change andtheir clinical significance are discussed, the myocardial infarction and high anxietycause of heart failure and heart function of thyroid hormone level correlation, and on theseverity of the illness of the prognosis and make evaluation, in order to guide clinicaldiagnosis and treatment.Methods the research in the March2010-March2012in our hospital heartmedicine of100patients with heart failure as one group,(including myocardialinfarction patients50cases of patients with heart disease, hypertension,50cases), allpatients were in accord with Framingham heart failure diagnosis standard, and exceptthyroid disease, serious liver and kidney function is not complete, malignant tumor andmedicine, and influence factors of thyroid function, at the same time, our selection ofthe medical center of50cases the healthy check-up as control group, and two groups ingender, age composition on the general information is no statistical difference, theapplication of chemical radiation immune method to determine the free three iodinethyroid original acid (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4) and thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), use t-test, variance inspection, compare different causes of heart failure patients causedin different classification on FT3serum cardiac function, FT4, TSH changes, andmyocardial infarction with high blood pressure group sex heart disease groups for thestatistics analysis between groups.Results1. The heart failure group and health compared:(1) the heart failurepatients serum level of FT3obviously lower than healthy controls, statistics analysisP<0.01, which was statistically significant differences; And FT4,<sub>STSH level comparedwith the control group, statistical analysis P>0.05, the difference is not significant;Heart failure patients than healthy adults are more likely to cause thyroid hormone tochange, namely the thyroid function of normal morbid syndrome (ESS), the incidenceof high.(2) chronic heart failure patients, NYHAII grade, FT3, FT4,<sub>STSH and healthycheck-up than those without declined obviously, and statistical analysis P>0.05, thedifference is not significant; NYHAIII grade, FT3medical and health than those downsignificantly, statistics analysis P<0.05, which was statistically significant differences;And FT4,<sub>STSH is the healthy check-up no significant decline, statistics analysis P>0.05,the difference is not significant; NYHAIV grade, FT3medical and health than thosedecreased significantly, the statistics analysis P<0.01, which was statistically significantdifferences; And FT4,<sub>STSH is the healthy check-up did not decrease significantly,statistics analysis P>0.05, the difference is not significant; For patients with chronicheart failure, heart function in the grade II<sub>STSH only mild decline, and FT3, FT4andhealthy adults than no significant changes, only cardiac function in III or above FT3willsignificant decline, namely the thyroid function of normal morbid syndrome (ESS) tothe incidence of high.2. The comparison between groups: sex heart disease and high blood pressure ofmyocardial infarction group with the deterioration of the cardiac function, FT3aregradually declined, but two groups the extent of the decline no significant differences,statistics analysis P>0.05, the two groups of FT4,STSH with heart failure degree ofaggravating, decline rate is not obvious, the two groups had no significant difference,statistics analysis P>0.05hypertensive heart disease of heart failure and myocardialinfarction of heart failure caused by thyroid hormone changes, no significant difference,namely thyroid function of normal morbid syndrome (ESS), the incidence of have noobvious difference.Conclusion the patients with heart failure caused by different causes of serumthyroid hormone level all can change, for the performance of the thyroid functionnormal morbid syndrome (ESS), namely FT3reduced level, FT4,STSH no change, andonly the incidence and severity of the heart failure is closely related, and has nothing todo with the disease itself, can be used as an indicator of clinical judgment, for clinicalapplication of thyroid hormone provides theory basis.
