The Research Of The Type Characteristics Of TCM Of Paimary Sjogren’s Syndrome

[Objective] Analyse the Sjogren’S syndrome’S Traditional Chinese Medi cine(TCM)Syndromedistribution, evaluate the degree of severity of all pa tients with evidence-based, provide a basis for the Sjogren’S syndrome’ S TCM Syndrome research on the Standardization Research.[Methods] The standard of pattern of PSS was sketch up according to The Guidelines of Clinical Research on New Chinese Patent Drugs and TCM Pa ttern Identification Standard of Deficiency Patterns worked out by the Committee of Deficiency and Senile Disease of the National combination of TCM and Western medicine Association and The National Standard Peopl e’s Republic of China-Clinic Terminology of TCM Diagnosis and Treatmen t-Syndrome. Divided200cases (2010-10-2011-10)met the diagnostic crit eria for Sjogren’S syndrome cases into:Qi xu, Xue Xu, Yin Xu, Yang Xu, heat-dampness Syndrome, Blood Stasis Syndrome. Statistics separately th e cases, sex and age, the course of disease, clinical manifestations, TC M Syndromepoints, laboratory indicators(including blood routine, eryth rocyte sedimentation rate, Ig, rheumatoid factor)and other related data of the all syndromes. Analyse the TCM syndromes characteristics of Sjogr en’S syndrom and the law of distributionobjectivly, and evaluate the de gree of severity. The data were analyzed and compared statistically.[Results]The distribution of patterns are as follows:single pattern (32%), two-pattern (45.5%), three-pattern (6.5%), four-pattern (1%), unknown pattern (15%). The frequencies of the syndromes occurrencing in the patients were decreasingly lined:Yin Xu Xue Yu34(17%K deficiency of Qi syndrome30(15%)、Qi Yin Liang Xu26(13%)、deficiency of Qin syndrome15(7.5%)、 Qi Xu Xue Yu14(7%)、Blood stasis syndrome12(6%).The Yin Xu Xue Yu is the main syndromic types. The complex degree of syndromic types of Tcm is not deferent from the difference of age and course of disease.100patients have system damages.78%patients have damage of one system, the damage of renal and lung are evident increased(P<0.05).The symptom sign scores of two-system damage is higher than that of one-system damage(P<0.05).A positive correlation existed between the age、the course of disease and the symptom sign scores (r=0.2、P=0.003; r=0.168、P=0.017). The symptom sign scores of Qi Xu Xue Yu is the highest, it and the scords of Yin Xu Xue Yu are all higher than that of Qi Xu (P<0.05). It’s condition evaluation heavier than the other syndrome. The level of blood sedimentation of Qi Xu Xue Yu is the highest than the level of Qi Xu and Qi Yin Liang Xu(p<0.01).[Conclusions]1. The syndrome type of Tcm of PSS is primary Complex syndrome type, mainly of two-pattern, the syndrome type of Yin Xu Xue Yu is the most。2. PSS is often complicated with damage of systems, the more of damage of systems, the more higher of the symptom sign scores and the more seriously degree of severity of all patients.3. A positive correlation existed between the age、the course of disease and the symptom sign scores.4. The higher the complexity degree of the type of syndrome, the higher of the symptom sign scores and the more seriously degree of severity of all patients.5. The most serious degree of evaluation of disease is Qi Xu Xue Yu.
