Impact of Qingyi Particle NO.1on Pancreatic Exocrine Secretion on Experimental Acute Pancreatitis Rats Han chunqi, Zhang shukun, Cui naiqiang.Tianjin medical university, Tianjin(300070),ChinaAbstract:Objective to observe the impact of Qingyi Particle NO.1on pancreatic exocrine on experimental acute pancreatitis rats. Methods a total of30male Wistar Rats were used in this study, and were randomly divided into the normal group, the model control group and treated group. The establishment of rat model of pancreatitis was done through subcutaneous injection of Caerulein. We collected pancreatic exocrine secretion and measured the volume, protein level, amylase, lipase and electrolyte of pancreatic exocrine secretion at normal and pancreatic rats. Results the level of amylase、lipase and HCO3-were significantly higher and the level of Ca2+was lowered in model group as compared with the normal group(P<0.05). The treated group was improved as compared to the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion Impairment of pancreatic exocrine secretion was observer in acute pancreatitis. Qingyi Particle NO1has the effect of regulating the pancreatic exocrine secretion by regulating the level of amylase, lipase, HCO3-and Ca2+.
