Analytical Investigation Of Omeprazole In The Treatment Of Pharyngeal Paraesthesia

[Abstract] Objective:investigate treatments of pharyngeal portion unwell of which abnormal sensation of throat is the main symptom. Method:152patients with pharyngeal portion unwell whose main symptom is abnormal sensation of throat fill out the reflux symptom index scales in the outpatient department of Otorhinolaryngology of the second affiliated hospital of kun ming medical university.80patients are randomly divided into two groups whose RSI score is13or more than13. Group A is experimental group, group B is control group. The experimental group has40patients, which was treated with proton pump inhibitors for three months, while the control group was treated with jin sang li yan capsule for three months. Then changes in the pharyngeal symptoms of two groups are statistically compared., three months later. Results:After three months treatment, RSI score of the experimental group decreases from629to247and the control group decreases from639to386. Statistical comparisons are performed before and after the treatment,which show all effective. Difference between two groups is statistically analysed, then we find that the treatment effect of omeprazole is better than jinsangliyan capsule(P＜0.05).Conclusion:One of the important causes of pharyngeal paraesthesia is laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. It can be relieved by PPI, and the symptoms would also be improved significantly.
