Background Soft tissue defect caused by Oral buccal soft tissue lesions resection, Not only affects the appearance, also caused the limitation of mouth opening, and speech and chewing dysfunction.Reconstructive options for mucosal defects of the oral cavity historically have included primary closure,mucosal grafts, split-thickness skin grafts (STSGs), and free microvascular transfer of tissues.1In the previous decade, the acellular dermal matrix(ADM) has been found to have wide applications in many areas of reconstructive surgery.ADM is a kind of dermal substitute by skin tissue after a cell-free special handling.The clinical application of ADM can be divided into heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix (H-ADM) and allogeneic acellular dermal matrix (A-ADM,)the former consists of mammals (such as cattle, pigs) skin preparation,the latter comes from allogenic skin tissue.ADM is used for transplantation to repair the defect of oral mucosa is safe and effective,it is an ideal dermal substitute.Purpose To observe the clinical effect of defect repair therapy.For two acellular dermal matrix clinical evaluation of histocompatibility,guided tissue regeneration,and patch survival situation clinical effect assessment.Methods This study choose2010November--2012November in38cases of20-65years old buccal soft tissue defect patients.The A group of20patients(including mucosal leukoplakia4cases,1cases of erythema, compressed moss3cases, Oral submucous fibrosis1case,4cases of vascular malformation and7patients with squamous carcinoma), the use of heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix (Haiao Bio-membrane) to repair the defect.B group of18patients(including mucosal leukoplakia4cases,1cases of erythema, compressed moss2cases, Oral submucous fibrosis1case,4cases of vascular malformation and6patients with squamous carcinoma), the use of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix (Jie Ya Laifu J-1AlloDerm) to repair the defect.A follow-up study of patients with clinical curative effect, carries on the contrast analysis.Result Application of heterogeneous acellular dermal matrix survived the18cases, the majority survived2cases, the repair area surface color pink, Soft texture, slight scar, application of allogeneic acellular dermal matrix survived the17cases, one patient patch about0.8cm away from the edge of the wound edge, patch fit with base organizations face, red color of the patch, healing fair.none of the38patients with significant local or systemic reaction, Eating essentially unaffectede and no obvious foreign body flu, mouth opening did not change significantly.Conclusion Heterogeneous and allogeneic ADM repair defects of buccal soft tissues with satisfactory results.Because the material is easy to obtain, operation method is simple and easy to operate, postoperative nursing method simple, transplantation can be widely used in clinic to every part of the oral soft tissue defects.
