Objective: To observe the different proportion of complexing iodine the therapeutic effectof inflammation and adhesion of the abdominal cavity within sepsis model of rat, for usingthe complexing iodine intraoperative preventing the postoperative abdominal cavityinflammation and adhesion with the experimental datas.Methods:1.84SD rats were adaptive cage fed for a week, according to random numbertable were randomly divided into normal saline group (A), dilute1:5complexing iodinegroup (B),1:10dilution complexing iodine group (C),1:20dilution complexing iodinegroup (D), model group(E), control group (F).2. A, B, C, D, E five groups of rats,wereusing the seventh skill from cecum ligation of the remote way to1cm, with18needlepuncture the cecum, and squeeze out a little stool,to establish Wistar Rat animal modelof(Cecal ligation and puncture CLP), observing the five Groups96hours survival rate ofrat, F group only open the abdominal cavity, flipping bowel loops.3. Modeling after24hours, between groups with normal saline, dilute1:5complexing iodine,1:10dilutioncomplexing iodine,1:20dilution complexing iodine washing abdominal cavity, and thecorresponding time points after surgery to take blood ELISA to detect serum IL-6, TNF-αsituation;4.After the surgery three days, every groups killed three rats and observed theterminal ileum tissue and liver tissue of rats by pathologically.5.The teenth days aftersurgery, rats were separately killed and the adhesion degree was evaluated by Nair scale.The adhesive tissues were taken to observe histopathological changes and the changes ofCollagenⅠwere detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:1. Within the96hours of modeling, A, B, C, D, E five groups had rats ded, whichhad the highest mortality rates in group E, as high as40%, B, C in the two groups hadlower mortality, mortality rates were compared with each group of rats was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).2. One day after surgery each groups TNF-αand IL-6indexes wererising, model group (group E) increased most significantly, compared with other experimental groups difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),the TNF-α and IL-6indexes of F group was in the normal range, and compared with the five experimentalgroups difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).3. Abdominal cavity cleaningpostoperative3days, A, B, C, D four groups of TNF-αand IL-6values fell, among themwith dilute1:5complexing iodine group decreased significantly, each groups ofpostoperative1day compared with3days have more difference (P <0.05), in the B,C twogroups was very significant difference (P <0.01), the third day of postoperativeTNF-αand IL-6of group E was increased,compared with the other experimental groupshave more difference (P <0.05or P <0.01).4. The teen days of surgery observed eachgroups rats abdominal cavity adhesion, A, D two groups of intra-abdominal adhesion wasgiven priority to withⅡ-Ⅲlevel, B, C group was given priority to with0-Ⅰlevel, andgroup E could vise a large number of adhesion, which was difficult separation andperitoneal adhesion, mainlyⅢ-Ⅳlevel.5. Postoperative10days, the CollagenⅠimmunohistochemical expression in theorganization of the cecum and abdominal adhesion, A, D, two groups of visible in tanpositive staining of cells was more, positive expression; B, C in the two groups in aminority of appendiceal mucosa epithelial cells and inflammatory cells within thecytoplasm was pale yellow cells, for the low levels of Collagen Ⅰ positive expression, forweakly positive; Model group (group E) appendix tissue mucosa epithelial cells andinflammatory cells within the cytoplasm, numerous dark brown positive cells, for CollagenⅠstrong positive expression; Group F no positive cells expressed.Conclusion:Using1:5-1:10dilution of complexing iodine in rats’peritonitis abdominal cavity cleaning,can reduce the postoperative inflammatory response and reduce intra-abdominal adhesions.
