The Analysis Of Multiple Rib Fracture About Surgery Compared With Conservative Treatment

Objective:Compare multiple frame fracture surgery and conservative therapy.Methods:Review my family in January2011-March2012already treatment of multiplerib fractures, more surgery and conservative treatment case frame fracture number, paintime, accompanying time, length of hospital stay, hospitalization costs, recovery time, etc.Results:Standards and exclusion standard with125cases, surgery treatment group sixtycases, conservative treatment group65examples, follow-up time for one year. Twogroups of cases age no statistical difference (P>0.05), but the surgery treatment groupalthough frame fracture number more than non surgical (P<0.05), but the length ofhospital stay, pain time, accompanying time, recovery time significantly shorter thanconservative treatment group (P<0.05) and can reduce the occurrence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion: Although the operation was compared with conservative treatmentincreased the total cost of hospitalization, but multiple rib fracture operation to repair aconservative treatment can significantly shorten the hospitalization time, pain time,accompanying time, recovery time, reduce the complications, has obvious advantages, canmeet the demand of alternative development and further optimize and improve.
