Objective:To discuss the relationship between cerebral infarction and arteryatheromatous plaque.Method: From March2011to May2012in the second affiliatedhospital of xinjiang medical university neurologist hospital, diagnosis and treatment bymeet the conditions of the aged70-80of108cases of acute cerebral infarction patients asobservation group,51cases for men and women in57cases, observation group of patientswith diagnosis consistent with Chinese guide of diagnosis and treatment of ischemicstroke diagnosis standard in2010, mean age75.4±5.9years old; Over the same period inneurology hospital carotid ultrasound examination in line with the research condition ofage in the70-70of134patients with cerebral infarction, average age74.6±4.3as thecontrol group,63cases of male, female71cases. Compare two groups of patients detectedby the different nature of the composition of plaque in carotid plaques. Results: Twogroups of detection of plaque in the proportion of different plaques statistical differences(P <0.05). Conclusion: Acute cerebral infarction with plaques on the type of relationship.
