Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Minimally invasive percutaneous plateosteosynthesis and Traditional operation to treat fracture of tibial plateau. Methods:Retrospective analysis in January2009to January2012treatment related cases,69cases oftibial plateau fractures were by LISS(28patients) and anatomical plate(41patients).Theincision length, the operative time, blood loss, fracture healing time were observed. Results: All patients were followed up,The excellent and good rate was88.29%in LISSgroup., and75.61%in anatomical plates group, the differences were no statisticallysignificant(P>0.5).The LISS group had shorter incision length, the operative time and lessblood loss than anatomical plates group, and the anatomical plates group, and thedifferences were statistically significant(P<0.5). No differences of the fracture healingtime and postoperative weight-bearing time in two groups were found. Conclusion:Efficacy of tibial plateau factures with plate or anatomical plate is equivalent, but the lessintraoperative tissue damage, shorter operative time, less complication and more conductiveto patient recovery is very obvious in LISS.
