Panic disorder, which is also known as acute anxiety disorder, is a sudden panic experience with serious sense of suffocation, dying and out of control.As the disease is recurrent, patients may have comorbidity, and the drug effect is different from each other, the treatment of panic disorder is controversial. Therefore, it’s necessary to summary experiences and lessons during treatment to form standardized therapeutic regimens. Here we present three cases of panic disorder patients diagnosed in the department of psychiatry of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and a summary of treatment progress about panic disorder. |
