Objective:To analyze the influence of postoperative blood coagulation, liver function test, renal function test and blood routine examination in neurosurgical patients with intraoperative autologous blood recovery, we observed the application of autologous blood recovery. This study aimed to provide reference and suggestions for neurosurgical surgery,to achieve scienti-fic, reasonable, safe, save blood transfusion. Methods:To collect the information of36patients who underwent intraoperative autologous blood recovery in neurosurgical discharged patients from January to December in2010. Preoperative and postoperative levels of PT, APTT, FIB, STB, CB, UCB, ALT, AST, BUN, Scr, Hb, Hct, RBC, WBC, PLT in36patients and all patients’ blood of preoperative preparation, intraoperative bleeding volume, autologous blood recovery and reinfusion amount were recorded.Calculate the recovery rate(blood transfusion/recovery)and the proportion of autologous blood transfusion [autologous blood transfusion volume/(autologous blood transfusion volume+allogeneic blood transfusion volume)].With the spss17.0statistical package, analyze normality test then parallel to the statistical description about the data, preoperative and postoperative indicators compared by paired samples t-test.Results:(1)Autologous blood recovery was underwent in36neurosurgical patients, which is5.33%of total675cases.The blood of preoperative preparation in each patient ranged from200ml to2000ml, average (800±400) ml, total30600ml.The bleeding volume in each patient ranged from100ml to2200ml, average (450±275) ml, total19800ml.The volume of autologous blood recovery in each patient ranged from819ml to6800ml, average (1866±895) ml, total74162ml.The volume of autologous blood transfusion in each patient ranged from230ml to1275ml, average (250±113) ml, total11887ml.Recovery rate was16.03%.The proportion of autologous transfusion was18.26%.(2)The blood test was listed pre and post recovery as follows, there was not statistically significant (P>0.05) on the levels of PT, APTT and FIB.There was not statistically significant (P>0.05) on the levels of ALT, AST, STB, CB and UCB.There was not statistically significant (P>0.05) on the levels of BUN and Scr.There was not statistically significant (P>0.05) on PLT;Hb were (143.17±13.86) g/L and (121.36±20.37) g/L, there was statistically significant (P<0.01), postoperative was lower than preoperative; Hct were (41.39±3.95)%and (35.64±5.36)%, there was statistically significant (P<0.01),postoperative was lower; RBC were (4.51±0.40)×1012/L and (3.94±0.58)×1012/L,there was statistically significant (P<0.01), postoperative was lower; WBC were (7.37±2.89)×109/L and (12.94±3.87) X109/L, there was statistically significant (P <0.01),postoperative was higher, all patients were no serious infection. Based on the blood transfusion trigger, postoperative patients need not allogeneic blood transfusion.Conclusions:(1)The application of autologous blood recovery was a little, recovery rate was low, the proportion of autologous blood transfusion was low in neurosurgery, it need to popu-larize.(2)The influence of autologous blood recovery was minimal on levels of PT, APTT, FIB, STB, CB, UCB, ALT, AST, BUN, Scr, PLT;Hb, Hct and RBC decreased compared with the level of preoperative, but still at a relatively safe range, without allogeneic transfusion; WBC increased after surgery.and no serious infection.Intraoperative autologous blood recove-ry in the neurosurgical surgery was safe and effective. It was worthy of being popularized.
