Experimental Study Of Autologous Blood Transfusion Of Blood In Plrural Space

A series of investigations have been done about the hemothorax blood autotransfusion in this thesis. This experiment study is about the changes of the hematologic parameters, coagulatory function and contamination of blood in pleural space from canine closed hemothorax and hemopneumothorax model. The hepatic function, renal function, coagulatory function, the effect of antibiotic and hormone, the pathology changes of organ were all investigated after kinds of volum autologous transfusion with the canine hemorrhagic shock hemothorax model. The experiment results showed that the main component in filtrated hemothorax blood for autotransfusion is the RBC, the blood in pleural space more than 72 hours is inadvisable to autotransfusion, small amounts of hemothorax blood autotransfusion has significant curative effect on continuous hemorrhagic shock ,which is feasible and security. It is inadvisable, when the amounts of hemothorax blood autotransfusion larger than two total blood volume. This study is to provide a theoreticalreference for the hemothorax blood autotransfusion in clinical application.
