[TARGET] The dissertation is meant to analyze and prove the safety, sense and the of importance of promoting one’s now blood transfusion in the way of storage of by comparing some blood indicators of the heart disease patients with preference of timing for operations before and after the storage of blood and autologous blood transfusion.[METHODOLOGY] The project researches regressively37patients (16male,21female, aged between9to51, Rh(D) included) among all the heart disease surgeries with timing preference at the First Affiliated Hospital, Gannan Medical University from Oct.2008to Oct.2003by comparing some blood indicators of the heart disease patients, with13rheumatic ones and congenital ones respectively, before and after the storage of blood and backward autologous blood transfusion.[OUTCOME] While the hemoglobin, red blood cell volume, platelet count of the above-mentioned patients have dropped somewhat, they stay above the averages (i.e. Hb>110g/L、Hct>0.30、PLT>100×109/L) with no disparages in other indicators. All the blood collected before the surgeries were transfused back to the patients with no adverse reactions.[CONCLUSION] Autologous blood transfusion by storage adopted by heart disease patients with preference of timing for operations is compatible with the rule of efficient usage of blood and hence has advantages over allogeneic blood transfusion in terms of economy, safety and adaptability.
