The Pathological Research Of HER-2and Its Heterogeneous Expression In Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:Observation of HER-2heterogeneity in gastric cancer tissue distributioncharacteristics, influencing factors on the expression of HER-2in gastric carcinomatissues, to accurately select target for drug treatment and provide a theoretical basis.Methods: Collection of gastroesophageal junction of gastric adenocarcinomas in50cases, using immunohistochemistry and FISH to detect HER-2expression in gastriccancer tissue and heterogeneous distribution characteristics. Factors were discussed andthe different repair liquid, repair time and repair the temperature influence theexpression of HER-2in gastric cancer.Results:The gastroesophageal junction and gastric adenocarcinomas in50cases,HER-2positive3+was8cases (16%);2cases with HER-2positive were detected byFISH2+, of which1were positive for.
