The Expression Of VEGF And Survivin In Ovarian Endometriosis And Its Significances

Objective:To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)、Survivin in endometriosis and investigate both the telationships of angiogenesis in endometriosis. In order to know better the pathogenesy of ovarian endometriosis, and provid theory to clinical diagnosis and therapy.Methods:Ectoppic endometrial were obtained from the First People s Hospital of Chenzhou, which from2010to2011years. In total40women, were recruited to the present study which treated by operation method for endometriosis of ovary. All pathology samples were final diagnosed. The samples from endometriosis of ovary fix to tunica intima group. The eutopic endometrium of the control group obtained from women undergoing laparotomy for myoma of uterus. Control group tunica intima samples were occupying proliferative stage, and unused hormonal therapy first trimester.Results:(1) The expression of VEGF of normal endometrium is:9cases expressed masculine, include2strong masculine and31cases negative; expression in eutopic endometriium is:21cases expressed masculine, include5strong masculine and19cases negative; expression in ectopic endometrium is:30cases expressed masculine, include6strong masculine and10cases negative. Masculine rate were22.5%>52.5%、75.0%difference. VEGF ecpression in EM was higher than the control group(P<0.01).(2) The expression of Survivin of normal endometrium is:4cases expressed masculine, include1strong masculine; expression in eutopic endometrium is:23cases expressed masculine, include9strong masculine; expression in ectopic endometrium is:31cases expressed masculine, include13strong masculine and10cases negative. Survivin ecpression in EM was higher than the control group(P<0.01).The dates about VEGF and Survivin expression in adenoma endometrioides ovarii, eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrium were correlation analysis by Speaman method, altogether coordinate expression offered.Conclusion:(1) The high level expression of VEGF in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis is correlated with angiogenesis of endometriosis.(2) Survivin express high in the eutopic and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis, and angiogenesis and inhibitor of apoptosis might play an role in the development of endometriosis.(3) The expression of VEGF and Survivin has a direct correlation with the EM.
