Expressions Of Survivin And Sirt1Correlates With Poor Prognosis In Patients Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Bjective Discussion and analysis of Survivin and Sirtl expression and hepatic cell carcinoma prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma, in order to determine the clinical curative effect, prognosis evaluation and how to improve the survival rate and provide some new evidence and strategy.Methods A retrospective study of104cases of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma cases, Real-time qPCR, Western blot and immunohistochemical methods for detecting patients cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue Survivin and Sirtl expression; calculated by Kaplan-Meier method in104cases of liver cancer patients with tumor free survival rate. Analysis of two protein and its relationship to prognosis of patients.Result In104cases of hepatic cell carcinoma patients, survivin and SIRT1mRNA and protein expression in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues were higher than those of cancer tissue (P<0.05).In104cases,68cases of carcinoma of the positive expression of Survivin (68/104), only6cases of severe liver fibrosis in patients with cancer of noncancerous liver tissue Survivin expression (6/104), Survivin expression and the prognosis of the patients was negatively associated (P<0.05);104cases of hepatocellular carcinoma patients with56cases of carcinoma detection of the expression of Sirtl (56/104), all the adjacent tissues are the expression of Sirtl (0/104), Sirtl expression and the prognosis of the patients was negatively associated (P<0.05).In68cases of Survivin positive subjects5years of disease-free survival rate was13%,36cases with negative Survivin5years of disease-free survival rate was31%, Survivin was positive in5years of disease-free survival rate than negative Survivin decreased significantly (P=0.026); Sirtl was positive in56cases5years of disease-free survival rate was11%, in48cases negative Sirtl5years of disease-free survival rate was27%, Survivin was positive in5years of disease-free survival rate than negative Sirtl decreased significantly (P=0.033),Conclusion The Survivin protein and Sirtl protein may be predicted and evaluated patients prognosis...
