Objective:To test and verify the clinical effect of curing Postherpetic neuralgia with treatment0fSupplement Yang and Dredge stasis in acupuncture therapy through,observie its effect andcompared with control group. To carry on the preliminary exploration inorder to provide neweffective clinical treatment options.Methods:Divided60patients who choose according to the included in the standard case intotreatment group and control group, each group of30cases.Treating patients in the treatmentgroup with Supplement Yang and Dredge stasis in acupuncture therapy while Treating patientsin the control group with treatment of western medicine. Estimate the degree of PHN painwith simplified McGil pain questionnaire (short-form of McGill pain questionnaire SF-MPQ) In the two groups before and after treatment.Compared SF-MPQ scoring system PPIscores, VAS, PRI integral value changes of before and after1course of treatment, after2courses of treatment, treatment after3course.At last, statistical analysis.Result:(1)The statistical analysis of curative effects in two groups which teated by SupplementYang and Dredge stasis in acupuncture therapy and treatment of western medicine showsignificant difference with the general effective rate of the treatment group being93.3%, andthat of the control group being66.7%.(P<0.05)(2)Scores of pain symptoms between the two groups before treatment was nosignificant difference (P﹥0.05); Pain symptoms integral from SF-MPQ scoring system hadextremely significant difference before and after treat in treatment group (P﹤0.01); Painsymptoms integral from SF-MPQ scoring system had significant difference before and aftertreat in control group (P<0.05). (3)Between the two groups, Pain symptoms integral from SF-MPQ scoring systemhad no significant difference after the first course of treatment (P﹥0.05),and had significantdifference after the second and third course of treatment (P<0.05).(4)Except2patients appeared nervous due to fear of acupuncture,the rest of thepatients of the treatment group had no obvious adverse reaction occurred; In the first period oftreatment, patients of control group occurred the digestive system and or or nervous systemadverse reaction, as the second period of treatment,a few patients course in and/or endocrinesystem or for circulatory system adverse reactions such as kidney function damage, and theproportion increases with duration extension. To interpret, treatment of Supplement Yang andDredge stasis have avoid the side effects of drug adverse reactions caused by.Conclusions:This study showed:1、The therapy applied in both the groups treatment (treated with Supplement Yang andDredge stasis in acupuncture therapy) and(western medicine) control group have significantlyimproved;2、Compared, treatment group improved more obviously which indicated that treatmentof Supplement Yang and Dredge stasis in acupuncture therapy and western medicine wre all tooka good effect on treat Postherpetic neuralgia;3、Compared,Supplement Yang and Dredge stasis in acupuncture therapy effect better;4、Treatment of Supplement Yang and Dredge stasis prevent patients from damage intake west medicine;5、Treatment of Supplement Yang and Dredge stasis effect good which provides a safeand effective treatment method for clinical.
