| Objective:To observe the level of IL-10in allergic reaction caused by Echinococcusgranulosus. We discuss infected rats with allergic reaction in the role of IL-10.Methods:40witar rats were randomly divided into four groups, normal control group, Echinococcusgranulosus infected group, allergic group and IL-10antibody group, each group had10rats. Except the normal control group,2ml Echinococcus granulosus were intraperitonealinjected into another three groups of rats to establish Echinococcus granulosus infectionmodel. After six months later, for the antibody group, daily2.0ug IL-10antibodyintraperitoneal injection of twice, for2days;2days later, through intraperitonealinjection,using5ml the crude antigen to induce allergic reaction in allergic group and IL-10antibody group, and then killed the two groups of rats, take peripheral blood after30minutes. For the normal control group and Echinococcus granulosus infected group, justkilled the rats and take peripheral blood. Using ELISA to detect the level of IL-10,immunoglobulin E (IgE) and histamine (HIS) in the serum of each group. Results: Bgroup, group C and D group respectively were5,6and5rats infected, two dead rats innormal control group. Group C and D rats appeared catch nose, sneezing and activitydecline. After excitation allergy30minutes, group C rats have appeared better, but group Drats stimulation reaction is worse, activity decline. C group of rat serum IL-10and IgElevel increased significantly.D group of rat serum IL-10, IgE levels below C group of rats, but higher than group B rats when IL-10is neutralized by the rat body and histamine levelincreased significantly at the same time. Conclusion:Echinococcus granulosus antigen caninduce cell factor IL-10levels,but can not inhibit allergic reaction by inhibiting IgE levels. So IL-10play an important role in allergic reaction caused by Echinococcusgranulosus, which is different from other type of I anaphylaxis. |
