Objective:(1) To describe demographic characteristics and associated risk behavior of the compulsory rehabilitation crowd in YiLi;(2)To explore HIV infection risk factors of the compulsory rehabilitation;(3) To analysis effection of the compulsory rehabilitation crowd carrying out AIDS health education and behavioral intervention, to explore health education methods and behavior intervention suitable for the people.Methods:This study is about files material collection and questionnaire investigation, using unified formulated by the state questionnaire by face to face investigation. The content includes:demographic characteristics, drug related risk behaviors, sexual risk behavior and HIV/AIDS related knowledge and attitude.Results:(1) The most compulsory rehabilitation people were the young and middle-aged in Yili, the farmers and the individual were the majority, they were relatively low in cultural level, and they were the majority of our province minority(74.44%); The HIV infection rate was droping year by year in2005-2011year, it was the lowest drop in2011(32.37%), but it was a still higher level compared with the other cities; Drug of the related risk behaviors were still high about intravenous drug users (72.95%), Shared needles (65.56%), Shared other injection appliance (80.13%); Sexual of the risk behavior were widespread about the temporary companion (30.93%), the IDU sexual partners (63.92%), the HIV positive sexual partners (51.61%), when sexual intercourse never use of condoms (25.00%).(2) The HIV positive sexual partners, sharing needles, IDU sexual partners, a temporary companion, sexual intercourse more frequently, never use of condoms when sexual intercourse,in turn were drug users significant risk factors for HIV infection;(3) After health education behavior the knowledge about prevention HIV/AIDS was obviously improved and the cognitiveattitude about AIDS was significantlychanged.Conclusion:(1) The HIV infection about the compulsory rehabilitation crowd was not optimistic, the compulsory rehabilitation people was mostly our province minority young and middle-aged, the farmers and the individual were the majority, the cultural level were relatively low, so the prevention of HIV/AIDS should focus on such crowd in YiLi;(2) The sharing needles and safety behavior were the important risk factors about the drug users for HIV infection, so it was urgent need for the drug users about high-risk behavior, that should strengthen health education behavior intervention efforts;(3) Through the various forms of comprehensive intervention, the AIDS knowledge of the compulsory rehabilitation crowds had improved significantly and cognitive attitudes had markedly improved, and participatory activities effect was remarkable, be worth to draw lessons from.
