The Study Of Risk Factors Of Hepatic Hemangioma In Hepatic Surgical

Objective:To analyze the risk factors and the management of massive hemorrhageduring liver resection in patients with hepatic hemangioma.Methods:21patients with over1000ml of bleeding, and other274patients were analyzed retrospectively. Independentvariables were analyzed by univariate analysis and logistic regression to screen out therisk factors．Results:Logistic regression model analysis showed that involved hilum andthe surgical maneuver were the independent risk factors during liver resection with hepatichemangioma （P<0.05）. Conclusion:Precise dissection and proper management areeffective measures to reduce hemorrhage during liver resection with hepatic hemangioma.
